The product is brilliant
The product is brilliant! It looks beautiful and is lovely to walk on. It is also very hardwearing and is very forgiving - we have busy lives and a dog and we have hardly had to mop it!

It was a wonderful experience - what a showroom! I loved everything from the decor, smells, space, lighting. All of it. The assistant Hannah was so helpful, I immediately saw examples close to my request and was able to take samples for all. I was highly impressed and recommend the experience

Great Customer Service
My wife and I visited the amazing V4 showroom near Woking and were delighted with the experience. Jon was incredibly helpful and answered our numerous questions with out hovering and being a pushy salesperson. He made us a lovely coffee and let us mooch around for over an hour as we brainstormed ideas, colours and combinations. Jon was then able to pull out large sections of sample flooring from the wall hangers and pop up amazing photos of finished projects with our choices on the giant TV screen so we could easily visualize them in a home environment. Jon followed up the following day with 3 local recommended fitters and we have 2 appointments for measurements and quotes arranged already. A first class customer service, if only all showrooms and customer service was this good!

Excellent showroom with plenty of choice and great advice
Katie was really helpful advising us of the best flooring option for our needs. Great selection and quickly found our ideal colour, look and material. The showroom layout with pull out drawers makes it a stress-free and quick process without moving and lifting samples around. We were provided with samples and a follow up email from Jon as promised with local stockists details. A stress free visit with a warm welcome and plenty of parking.

My wife and I visited the design…
My wife and I visited the design centre last week , we were received very well by Jon and colleague . We travelled from home which was 1 1/2 hours way just to get full details and we got all the information needed from Jon , who was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the products available . We left with a smile and we made decision to go with V4 Woof flooring , all thanks to Jon ! My advise is if you are going to invest a good engineered wood Visit the Design centre , you will have better feel of the products . nice coffee as well.
