We had a lovely week staying at The Hills! This was our third trip to the island and the location was very convenient to the beaches, grocery store, and restaurants. Jasmine Villa did not disappoint! The bedrooms and family area were fresh and clean and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and such. We appreciated the cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, and washer and dryer that were provided as well. The club house breakfasts were simple and convenient. We visited the shared clubhouse pool a few times to watch the sunset and brought our cocktails in an acrylic glass from the unit. Carly was especially helpful in connecting with us and making restaurant suggestions and reservations. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved the house and it’s beautiful views. Our house had a private pool which was a nice bonus. We actually walked down the hill to the water for dinner a couple of times.
We appreciated the quick response time and help with planning from our greeter Carly.
Great vacation!

This was our first visit to the island. The unit was beautiful, and the view was even better. Carly was there to greet us and make sure we got in settled, and reviewed the layout with us and answered all questions we had. She was very helpful. The area is very well maintained and the staff there is friendly and helpful. This certainly helped make our St. John experience a memorable one and I'm glad we stayed at The Hills.

Every year we stay in a different villa and everything is always perfect. These villas are all decorated beautifully and always immaculate. Paula, the go to on sight is always available should you have a question. The views of Cruz Bay both day and night from the terraces are spectacular and the distance to town restaurants and bars is very convenient. We will be back next year with 60 people for our daughters wedding!

The place was fantastic. Little nits like mediocre kitchen stuff and electric, not gas countertops and no tissue. But overall was great.

Excellent experience with this company and property. I would highly recommend them based on exceptional service and a wonderful, memorable family vacation.

Awesome place! Equipped with everything we needed and Nicole was awesome in helping answer any questions we had. I'd say it's the best lodging on the island :)

First class experience. Property management is excellent and super attentive. Villa was very clean with excellent amenities. Villa pool is amazing with wonderful view over the bay. Centrally located with easy access to the beaches and to restaurants in town. Clubhouse just started food and drink service and was very convenient for a quick pizza when we didn’t want to go out after a long day on the water. Highly recommend! We will be coming back!

High end villas with plenty of amenities close to town but feel secluded!

The booking was easy and my emails were answered promptly. The villa and surrounding complex really needs some updating and I felt the pics were misleading. The villa is very minimally provisioned. No wine opener, 4 spoons, very basic kitchen items, etc. No rugs anywhere in the villa, minimal towels and beach towels for us. We had 6 towels for the family of 5. The pool area needs updated and landscaping was poorly maintained. Enough room for all of us, but not the nicest places I’ve stayed in St. John. Wouldn’t rent it again.

The unit was beautiful and well stocked and the location was terrific. While there was an issue with the pool during our stay ( a pump went out) we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back! Paula and David where extremely helpful during our stay with general information about places to go and recommendations for activities. We stayed in Sirenusa and the complex was awesome!

Not only was the place absolutely amazing, but the customer service was impeccable. Paula went above in beyond to communicate with us, and provide us the details we needed.

Always making sure my wife and I are happy.

This place was fantastic. Clean, beautiful comfortable, wonderful full kitchen and great view of the bay. We also ate at the new club lounge on it’s “soft opening”. The food and drinks were fantastic. The pool and fitness room were very nice. We didn’t use them much even tho it was literally right next door. Our condo supplied us with 2 nice coolers and some snorkeling equipment, so we spent most of our days exploring beaches. We would love to stay in this unit again.
