So disappointed

So disappointed. Ordered both a white &
burgundy. The burgundy is absolutely not burgundy, it’s a cheap red.. even if it was a nice red I’d have kept it but nope! Emailed to request a straight exchange form the burgundy to brown (I was happy to keep the white)
The slow responses / non responses & constant follow up needed from me resulted in them saying there was nothing they could do.
Only option was to return & the kicker they use a returns portal (that wasn’t working - “parcel hub) SO I had to pay for tracked postage for the return!
Ultimately I was happy to pay for An Post to return it as I have no desire to support this so call business.
Would always wish success to any new business but my god not on this joke of a business.
Happy to take my business elsewhere!

I ordered two body suits

I ordered two body suits. One body suit arrived. The other top was a complete different style: I ordered long sleeve body black for a party I was going to.
What arrived was a short sleeve scoop.
I contacted vacious who sent me a return label that needed to be printed and they refused to send me the top I had ordered until I returned the top they sent in error.

The top I ordered didn’t arrive in time for the occasion I ordered it for.
I wouldn’t recommend this company.
Customers service is poor and the tops are not worth the money if I’m to be honest.

Poor returns policy

I ordered some items and paid €5.00 for postage. The items arrived but were unsuitable so I decided to return them. I paid €6.00 for return postage. When I received my refund, it did not include the postage I had originally paid so I have now paid postage 3 times. This is very poor practice. Won’t be purchasing from there again.

Poor customer service and basic manner’s.

I purchased a scoop bodysuit and received it promptly which was good. My initial thoughts were that it looked worn slight staining around the arms but then thought I was imagining things. I went to try it on and noticed a rip on the arm seem. I was frustrated as I wanted the top for a specific occasion so I was worried I wouldn’t have the replacement on time. I sent pictures and received an initial plesent email sending me a return label and asking that I let them know when it was posted and they would send me a replacement. I eventually got it sent the following day (had to replace ink in printer and argument with husband to post as I was working). I emailed and advised I had posted granted it was over the weekend so didn’t expect a response until Mon. Following 2 follow up emails I received a response the following Wed Simply saying we can take up to 72hr to respond to emails and we received your return nothing about replacement and quite a sharp email. I responded saying I was a returning customer and want happy with the poor communication. I also noticed the top in my size was sold out on the website so I’m guessing they had no replacement to send me. I asked if my return wasn’t going to be delivered on time for the occasion I wanted it for to be refunded. No reply to my email but I received a bank notification saying I was being refunded. This was followed by a generic email from vacious re the return. I’m so disappointed of the lack of respect for a returning customer. I’m not unreasonable I get it these things happen even if they had no replacement to send me I would have been disappointed but again these things happen, but the lack of communication and basic manners is very frustrating.
These products are expensive and the customer service should be better.

Their Sales are just publicity stunts

I was “influenced” to purchase a bodysuit, and dusky logged into the vacious website at 12.00 for the 40% off birthday sale. A couple of items I looked at were out of stock but I selected a black bodysuit which was in stock. Placed my order and waited. A few days later I got a notification of my A Post tracking number and apparently my suit was on its way. Then the next day I was told my order was cancelled as they were out of stock.. it is very strange that an inventory controlled website allows and order to be placed, and then you receive a tracking number.. my guess is that the body suit was subsequently sold at full price after the sale and they decided to take the full price order instead. I won’t be shopping there again.

Brilliant Customer Service, High Quality Clothing

I’ve bought a number of items from Vacious and have always been impressed by the quality, particularly with the body suits. They act in part as outer shape wear so do come up small but wrestling yourself into the item is well worth the effort!

Recently ordered another body suit as I love them so much, delivery was a little delayed but when I got in touch they couldn’t do enough to help. A lovely gent rang me to explain it was stuck in the sorting office and he would see what he could do - 24hrs later it was in my hands.

Excellent service!

Sizing is all wrong and customer service is worse

Ordered as a present for my girlfriend. The size I ordered should have been near perfect as she has tried on a friend's item recently. The top came and she could not get it down over her shoulders. I sent an email asking for a refund and was basically told no in a roundabout way. Never again dealing with "influencers" who sells cheap tat online.

Ordered a short sleeved body suit as i was genuinely impressed by their marketing. Ordered a large im a 14 . When i say the top wouldnt go over my shoulders im not exaggerating! Thought nothing more about it posted it back. Received a nasty email insinuating the top was worn!! and have advised they are sending a too small top back !!! Now , people i am 50 years of age and i have never received such an insult. Very very disappointing experience

I ordered the short sleeve white body…

I ordered the short sleeve white body suit in a medium. I am a comfortable size 10. I couldn’t get it over my head and in truth, needed help to get my arms out of it. I checked the size guide and everything before ordering. I returned immediately and they emailed me this morning to tell me they are returning it because it’s been marked and has tan stains!! I don’t wear tan and had no make up on it when trying it on. Now they are notanswerinf me and don’t seem to believe that I did not mark this item. I will say the material is great but customer service is shocking and sizing is just insane!! This top barely fits my 10 year old!! I’m so disappointed because I would have ordered 2 white and 2 black and probably some long sleeved body suits as well.

Absolutely appalling customer service

Absolutely appalling customer service. They sent me the wrong item, and now expect me to go somewhere to pay to print out a returns label, take time off work to go and post it, and when they receive it then they will post my correct order. They made the mistake yet i am the one hugely inconvenienced and out of pocket. I've paid for a product that i have not received and now they won't reply to me. Avoid at all costs
