My only negative feedback about the move would be I don’t find the system as compatible with mobile phones as Fresha was, it’s also slower and not as smooth to use but we’re getting used to it

The team at Vagaro here in the UK are simply brilliant. Owen has been so helpful when I explained what I required from an online booking and payments platform to be embedded as an external “add on” to my site. He has taken the time to go through what can be done - all of which has been amazing, and been very patient when I have had questions. So far Vagaro has been working really well for me and compared to what I had before it’s much easier to navigate- I wish I had it earlier! Would highly recommend Vagaro and its UK team!

I've just moved from Fresha due to constant hidden pricing and waiting weeks for response to emails. With Carl at Vagaro I get a WhatsApp response within the hour, day or night. The customer service is exceptional and they set the whole app up for you and moved all existing data from your current booking system. The transition was near flawless. Can't recommend enough🙂

Vagaro is just my new booking system for my business!
And I can see already the different against Treatwell. Much more adaptable for small business as mine, Well supported from the very beginning, whenever you need the support from them.It makes also, a huge different as well for a small business the crazy fees TW charge you for every single client and the same after a year with the same clients, just crazy.Impossible to maintain it. So happy I found Vagaro with a brilliant support team...:)))
