Vaidam assisted my wife to get an operation for brain cancer on 28 November 2023. They assisted us with obtaining travel visas to India. They assisted with accomodation arrangements and daily contacts with hospital staff and doctors.
Overall they made our stay comfortable during a very stressful time of our lives. Prior to the trip to India they arranged video conference calls with Neuro surgeos for re assuarance. My wife was in India in June 2024 for a review and once again Vaidam arranged our travel visas and neccesary bookings.

Booked surgery tru Vaidam. Disclosed all of my medical history and what I wanted done.
Just had my surgery. Was suppose to be tummy tuck, 360 vasor lipo and exchange old implants for new. The very nice Prof. Dr. Ilker Yazici had not been informed about any of my medical history. So he didn't feel safe doing lipo. Which was fair enough. I was quoted 5500usd for tummy tuck, 360 vasor lipo and breasts. All ofte sudden after surgery Vaidam representative Wael says it will now cost me 7000usd. Said the extra cost was because of my medical history. All which I Disclose before coming and before getting the price.
Now we are in big discussions over payment and I properly have to contact a lawyer.
Strongly recommend Prof. Dr. Ilker Yazici but not Vaidam.com their just tricking you in to coming and telling you lots of lies.

Smriti dealt with my case and I wish I had never approached this company and gone ahead.
She was sat India and made things up all along. The hospital was Medistanbul hastanesi.
This has been a living nightmare. They lie to you and they leave you for dead after your operation. Dr emre was supposed to be doing my operation. When I arrived all of a sudden it was a different doctor. Their excuse was that Dr Emre had coronavirus but I overheard them saying he was in Izmir when I arrived. They were very surprised to see me and my mum arrive for treatment with Dr emre and kept us waiting 5hours when we arrived at turkey (12midnight) without telling us what was going on.
They are also very rude and treat you like your 💩💩💩.
Anyway after my operation they left me in agony. I got fever and was shaking in hospital and they didn't give me anything until they saw me crying with pain they called the doctor who told them to inject me with tramadol.
After this I was still left and so was my mum. They told me I needed to purchase meds from the pharmacy. Which I had delivered because I was in so much to walk. The meds arrived and they gave me no instructions on how to take them. They also left my mum for dead and didn't give her medication.
I literally had to read how to take the meds while in agony agony and I then dragled myself to my mums room and told her how to take her meds. (Is this really my job?) What sort of hospital is this. They also made me pay more when smriti told me my price includes everything.
This was a living nightmare and I was praying that we get better quick and we can go home to the uk ASAP. I have never seen such a bad hospital and treatment of people. The nurses also kept ignoring my mums nurse bell. She was bleeding so much and she couldn't walk to the toilet. I was distraught and kept having panic attacks and even dragged myself to the nurses desk to speak to them and they still carried on. These people have no heart and they will see when karma gets them for what they did to us.
The doctor was called doctor Hakan Aksoy. He has also messed my boobs up and gave me implants that I didn't ask for. Now I have to save and save and have them removed. I hope God punishes all of you involved 🙏
