Vallari Avis 

Ordered a jacket from them before Christmas, was sent an absolute load of rubbish, cheap and nasty, do not order from them as the are scammers they say they are in London infact it came from China.
Please be aware.

Bought two jackets on 10 th December, they finally turned up on 26 th December, nothing like the description said, different material and absolutely crap, it says London on there website and it came from china,probably the worst made garment I have ever seen. Don’t buy from this place

Ordered 2 jackets from vallari.co.uk believing it was in UK . Received my jackets one had one under sleeve not sewn on and nothing like the picture . After contacting them they offered me 25 percent off my jumpers. I ordered jackets . When I said this was not good enough I want a refund as one was not finished told to return it to china and pay for package the post would cost more than what I got . Can't even us them as rags to wash my car . That's 80.92p down the drain. Ian

This is a scam. They're not a London retailer, but based in China. They sent a random item which was extremely poor quality and completely different to what I ordered and paid for. They wouldn't acknowledge they sent the wrong item and said I would have to post the item back to China for a full refund instead, but this would be so expensive with no guarantees of getting any money back. I feel stupid for not checking this review page first

I ordered a jacket advertised as leather three weeks later a parcel arrived from china in it was a piece of garbage and I mean garbage. i tried to reach VallariLondon, no address no phone number.
Eventually an email came back from a Sue telling me I had to pay for postage to China (£25) or accept a small refund and keep the garbage.
Least to say this is still ongoing with Rip off Britain. Keep away from these SCAN artists, please.

I placed a order on 12th december under the impression there was a shop in London closing down,and goods recieved within 3-5 days.
I sent multiple emails with replies stating goods were in transit , goods were delivered , goods were still in transit and today out for delivery in the UK !!!
Last email i sent was consumer based etc , totally ignored.
No goods arrived ..i have noticed at least 4 other adverts for "closing down shop" showing the same leather coat and different London shops ...more sites more scams...
Be aware folks ...

I ordered 2 jackets that I thought I was ordering from london but that wasn't the case it came from China very poor quality and not worth the money I've learnt my lesson I will not order off fb with out checking the company out in future stay well clear of this company it's a con

I finally received this "jacket" today and it bears no resemblance to the "quality " jacket that I ordered from your company. The quality is shocking to say the least. It would be chilly to wear even on a hot summer day, the colour is in no way dark brown and all in all can only be described as fit for the bin. I realise that it would be like "banging my head into a brick wall" to pursue any satisfactory compensation for your companies shocking disconcern and blatant disregard of your customers. Your description of your product is decieving and if were used in the UK (where I was misled at the time of purchase, to believe that it was coming from) would be illegal under trading standards. To say that I am disappointed would be an understatement. I realise that this will be an extremely busy period for you dealing with a vast amount of customer complaints and refunds, but when you finally get to my email I would appreciate some sort of response to see if your company has even an ounce of respectability

If I could have given no stars I would. Do not buy from this company - total rip off. Products shoddy and the pretence that they are closing down is calculated to fool idiots like me into buying what looks like a bargain. Poorly made tat arrives from China weeks later and the return process is expensive and annoying. This review won't bother them but I hope it helps someone else avoid them - tell your friends.

I placed an order for a men’s jacket but after no more than one hour I made contact with them to cancel the order. This was over a month ago. They have only ever responded with what seems like an AI reply…. I have not had a refund, and then today the jacket arrived. I now have to go through their cancellation process which states that they do not pay the postage for returns. They have clearly just processed the order and given me two fingers! I now have to pay to return the jacket, which incidentally is of poor quality! I would advise serious caution if you are considering making any purchase from them. I wouldn’t even give them one star if I didn’t have to. Dreadful customer service and inferior products.

I had the same issue. Caught up with scam..facebook advt. and i paid. Now waiting for delivery like others. Never use it. I hope i will get my credit back via credit card

Ive ordered the one that they have on the ads but when i received my order was totally different. So all the advert on their site was a lie!!! Dont buy it!! Total rubbish at all!!

Do not use this company and read carefully the other complaints. I have no doubt that this site is a carefully constructed scam - it is nevertheless very well done - but Facebook should take this one down. Suggest they are reported to any relevant surveillance group.

This China scam should be investigated by the Government.The items I bought from a so-called London shop were sent from China.They were not the items I ordered,the sizes were wrong and they were second rate products without labels.Woke police need to start coming down on these crooks .

I found out that this company is a scam from China. I ordered a leather jacket in a so called closing down sale, but it was advertised on facebook, and they have not done anything to prevent Chinese's scams appearing on the site.
I was conned into trying to buy the item, and all you get is follow the tracking number but it always shows processing and nothing else.
I have reported this to MasterCard, who control my credit card, so hopefully they will re-coup my payment.
Wished I had checked the company out beforehand, but thought it could be trusted as it was, so called based in London. How wrong can you be.

Vallari.london is a scam company. The quality of items are not the same in the picture at all. They sent me only part of the items but not the jewellery that I had ordered. So I lost £300 in total. The quality of clothes is very very cheap. When I asked how to return, they sent me an address in China that I have to pay for posting too. They don’t answer my emails anymore. Be careful not to lose your money. Don’t let them to deceive you. .

As with the others - I ordered something apparently from a london store - but obviously a Chinese scam - have heard nothing. Unfortunately paid with debit card not credit card.
DO NOT USE

I’m in the same situation with this guys. Items bought as mentioned London but tracking number received from china 🇨🇳. Need to dispute now to receive my money back. Scammed
