The products you see are not what you get! Awful quality, definitely not what it looked like on the website, and to top it all off they are being difficult about a refund. Even though I am within my rights to get one, which it also states on their website.

The item took 6 weeks to arrive and is the wrong fabric, the wrong style and the wrong size. Doesn’t have labels or anything on it. Clearly come from a cheap factory in china. Absolute scam!

Terrible, both in quality of clothing and their lack of customer care.

Scam, you pay for the goods with your card, but you never receive them. You don't even receive a response to the emails announcing that you haven't received the goods you ordered and paid for.

SCAM after a long delivery time my boots arrived and were completly different to the ones I ordered. No side zip. Further more they are made out of a low quality fabric and definitely not the durable leather as advertised. They look horrible. I will not even try returning them as it sounds like it's more haste then it's worth and there going straight in the rubbish bin because I know they will fall apart as soon as I walk outside in them.

Absolutely horrendous product and service I have been attempting to return a jacket for three weeks and am getting no responses from the emails that I have been sending. Don’t even bother trying to phone them the number listed in their site is not recognised.

Ordered a jacket in large, turned up and was probably more suitable for a large child rather than an adult male. When I requested to return the item was asked to take photos which were sent back. Did not hear anything back from then. Very disappointing service

Arrived after a very long delay. For an XL it was way too small. The breast pocket zips on the jacket both point in the same direction when closed which looks ridiculous, to look symmetrical one pocket would need to be closed and the other open!

Was apparently on sale £49.99 from £100. Ordered a leather jacket and got a faux plastic wafer thin jacket. The zip issue added to false advertisement is more a case that it was only never even the price I paid for it!

I was expecting a nice leather jacket, I received fancy dress party rubbish. I wouldn't even pay £20 for this tat.

The despatch time makes it clear that it's was in a container from China, not the Netherlands.

These people are obviously selling cheap Chinese shit and making it sound good on their website. I bought a
softshell jacket which turned up far too small and of really poor quality, when I tried to organise a return I was asked to send videos of the product and explain why I wanted to return it. I did this and heard absolutely nothing from them, they wouldn't respond to my emails. I have since been on to trading standards Netherlands and await their reply. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM TIS COMPANY YOU WILL DEFINITELY BE DISAPPOINTED AND HAVE MORE GRIEF THAN YOU DESERVE. People like this should be stopped from trading .

After contacting the alleged customer service assistant (more like an AI chat bot) I'm being fobbed off with discount offers on further purchases until the inevitable expiry of their worthless 30 day refund policy.
If you want to throw your hard earned cash down the drain, or like buying expensive fake products then Velmontimode is just the place to go.

My item arrived over two weeks after I ordered it. It was the wrong colour. The quality of the garment was not good it was very small for a medium size I ordered. I have tried to contact the company, no response. Do not bother to order anything from this website.

I ordered a blazer it didn't look nothing like the photo on website and is very cheap material. I have requested for a refund label but no response from the non existence customer service team! This company is a scam DO NOT PURCHASE!
