I scheduled my move for 2:30 PM, but the movers didn't arrive until 6:30 PM, completely wasting my full day of holiday. Because they were so late and unprofessional, the unloading didn't even finish until around 9:30 PM.
​The delay caused massive stress for me due to late night, waste of my time during the day and at my new place. Furthermore, despite specifically stating in my request that there is a 15–20 meter walk at the destination, they showed up without a trolley. This meant they had to manually carry everything the extra distance, leading to my boxes being handled poorly and left in a total mess.
​Choosing this company turned a simple move into a late-night nightmare. They are truly unprofessional and ill-equipped. Avoid at all costs.

I've recently moved from a first floor to a second—if you've ever moved house, you can imagine the challenge… especially doing it on my own!

I booked the service about a week in advance, and I have to say, I’ve rarely experienced such kindness. Let’s start:

The price is bespoke but extremely fair! I was even ready to extend the time without hesitation.

**Reliability 👍**
They were punctual and didn’t waste any time. The company also sent a reminder the day before, which was very helpful.

**Staff 👍👍**
A big thank you to the lovely Zara, the booking manager, who was always available. And many thanks to Sami and the other two staff members—kind, polite, and proactive. They even stayed a bit longer just to finish everything. When I realised I hadn’t booked enough time, Sami kindly offered to come back later (after their next job) to complete the move. I admit, it was my fault for not estimating the time properly.

They assembled and disassembled a 3-seat corner sofa bed, one double bed, and one king-size bed, and moved several pieces of furniture, bags, and suitcases—all via stairs, with no lift! This move definitely taught me to own less stuff.

Sami was simply amazing!

**Little note:** staying calm and being respectful to people doing such a physically demanding job is key to a less stressful move.

If you want it shorter for something like a Google review, I can trim it without losing the impact.
