Vanguard Self Storage Avis 

I couldn't be happier with the service at this self-storage facility. The staff are  friendly and go above and beyond to help out. When I struggled to get a particularly large shed panel out of my unit, Lucky and Marcus were so helpful in what was becoming an increasingly stressful situation. Wouldn't have been able to get it out without them, so grateful!

The facility itself is spotless, well-maintained, and feels very secure, which gives me complete peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe. Access is straightforward, and everything is organised and professional.

I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for a clean, secure, and reliable place with outstanding customer service.

The team are all so helpful and friendly, the customer service excellent. My partner and I will now always use vanguard whenever we have a storage need. 10/10 service.

My experience with Bristol Vanguard Self Storage was mixed.

Some staff members were polite, professional, and genuinely helpful, which made parts of the process easy and pleasant. However, I also dealt with staff who seemed less approachable and not as willing to assist.

The storage facilities themselves were satisfactory, but the inconsistency in customer service affected my overall impression. With a more consistent approach to customer care, this could be a much better experience for customers.

Bath storage site Lee and Anil have been fantastic made everything so easy and very straight forward, answered and explained everything in great fashion and I'll be using this place again if needed in the future no questions asked also very friendly and always makes the place a very pleasant place

I would like to specifically commend Titus at Vanguard Self Storage Staples Corner for his outstanding service.

From start to finish, he was professional, calm, and extremely efficient.

When things did not go according to my original plans, Titus reacted promptly and found solutions without hesitation.

His support made a stressful situation much easier to manage, and he genuinely went above and beyond.

Excellent Service at the London E14 storage site. Mike and Joe helped us obtain the extra storage we needed that felt personal and valid for us.

Excellent customer service from Paul & Marcos from my initial telephone enquiry onwards. Marcos gave us a tour of the available unit sizes within half hour of my call, no pushy sales tactics just friendly, helpful & kind understanding of circumstances. Both have been very friendly when I have seen them in passing on trips to the unit, as have the other staff members I have seen around. Van pick up service was swift & on time & a great help. Looking at the plane & history of the company, the facilities available & a clean welcoming environment with great staff, what more can you ask for than having the peace of mind with somewhere like this to store your items when going through a stressful move. Joe & Christina were brilliant! Relocating is incredibly stressful and we were cutting it fine to get there in time. Issued our contracts over email so we could complete everything on arrival, and have everything put in the unit in time. Could not be more grateful for all their help! Joe also gave us some recommendations of moving people for the second part which took a job straight off the list.

Impeccable security standards evidenced throughout the time of multiple first visits, but key is the high level of customer service and and interactions from staff. Bristol storage team are a credit to the business as a whole!

It’s been a fantastic experience. I reserved my space online and then contacted them. They were really helpful, especially lee. They told me the whole process. Also they came to pick the stuff up. Really nice experience.

I've been with this company for a few years, and it's been brilliant. That is up untill lately. The carpark lift seems to be perpetually out of order, and it seems every week the toilet is also out of order, yesterday and today has seen the presence of toilet waste leaking into the hallway with just a few rags thrown down, this scene was the same yesterday and again this morning. Things seem to slip when the big man is not on attendance...sort ya effluent out vanguard....

I spend a lot of my working hours at the Vanguard warehouse in Victoria. Steve and Alistair are brilliant; they are super helpful and always ready to lend an extra hand. They make a decent cup of coffee, and we always have a great laugh together!

Recently used a storage unit at Vanguard Storage East for 3 months and I was very impressed by the tidiness of the unit, friendly and helpful employees such as Lawrence, Mark and Rasheed and cozy set-up of the reception with decent coffee machine. I will definitely recommend this storage to anyone who is based in E14 of East London.

Clean and secure storage with great customer services. Marc, Dean and Rasheed are always there to help. They are knowledgeable and welcoming. The customer experience created by them makes the business stand out from others in the market.
