The food came too early. 90 mins earlier than order time.
Will be good if they come on time or at least close to the order time because we are not always at the venue 90 mins earlier.

Hi Meilina, thank you for taking the time to share this, and I'm really sorry for the inconvenience of the food arriving before you were on-site, that's a stressful position to be in. I do want to gently mention that for cold food orders, our delivery window allows for arrival up to 90 minutes ahead of the requested time, which is why it landed earlier than expected. That said, we completely understand this isn't always convenient, and we'd love to chat about your event timing next time so we can plan the drop-off in a way that works better for you, in the meantime, I have added a note to your profile to request as close to the delivery times as possible.
