Delicious sandwiches
Delicious sandwiches, wraps and rice paper rolls, and delivered on time. I ordered more than we needed and the team still ate everything! They finished all the triangle sandwiches first, and the rice paper rolls not long after - those were the most popular.

I was extremely disappointed
I was extremely disappointed. The taco presentations was not what I expected, 40% had fallen out of their holders, the filling was everywhere.
My understanding was that the plant-based sausage rolls where the ones nigella seeds on top (black seeds). I confirmed this with our vegetarian, that the ones with black seeds did not have meat, he believes it there was meat and a couple of other people said the same. I would have been helpful to have them separated from the other rolls. Presentation not great, some of the sausage rolls were not together, broken when placed in the box for delivery.
The size of the tacos was a bit of a shock. They were tiny. I didn't understand this at time purchasing.
The quantity wasn't enough; I know I push this due to budget. The feedback I received from staff was that it was yummy just not enough. Loads of staff needed to go out to purchase their lunch. I was worried about the amount when it arrived, so I didn't eat any of the food.
The options you have are too expensive for what we want for Friday lunches.
The communication from enquiry to purchase was excellent and very helpful. I was expecting an amazing lunch for the staff.

As we touched on during our call, our tacos are mini tacos, and we generally recommend a minimum of 4 pieces per person for lunch to ensure everyone is well catered for. We'll ensure this is made clearer upfront so there are no surprises on the day.
We apologise that the overall experience fell short of what you were hoping for, and we take all of your feedback, particularly around dietary labelling and presentation very seriously.

Delicious food and excellent customer service - have used a few times now and would highly recommend.
Gary is so responsive providing quotes and tweaking to meet our requirements, nothing is too much of a hassle and the delivery staff are always lovely too.
The food is fresh, healthy and delicious, I always get so much positive feedback from staff.

Not every company is available to deliver to our office on the Northern Beaches, but that's no issue for Vanilla Blue.
