Vanilla Heart Publishing was founded to fill an unmet need: a one stop solution for authors. For writing, editing, printing, publishing, distribution and marketing. To solve this problem, the team would need to invest heavily in expert human resource with deep connections in the industry to build a mechanism unmatched in markets quality and scalability.

They claim they will get you a wiki page, but they just 'write' a page, and there is no indication that the page is ever submitted.
No matter how many links you share, they are never good enough, and they want more money to 'create links'.
Scam
Pretty happy with the service. Everything went well, though a few things could be better.

I am absolutely delighted to share my experience working with them. As a professional voice talent, I recognize how important it is to present a clear and compelling public profile.
From the first conversation, Ben listened closely to what I wanted, a page that accurately reflects my voice acting career, highlights my experience and credits, and presents everything in a polished, professional design.
What impressed me most:
They captured the essence of my work as a voice actor, conveying both the breadth of my roles and the passion I bring to the craft.
The layout and visuals were clean, engaging, and easy to navigate, the biography was presented in a way that felt authentic and professional.
My project managers, Valerie and Justin handled edits and refinements quickly and smoothly and any time I asked for a tweak (be it wording, layout, or image placement) they were accommodating and delivered.
They kept me informed every step of the way and made the whole process feel collaborative
Thanks to their excellent work, I now feel proud and confident to share my page with clients, casting directors, and colleagues.
I wholeheartedly recommend Vanilla Heart Publishing and especially Ben to anyone looking for a professional, quality page that truly represents their career.
I am sure they are being targeted here by competitors trying to discredit their honest work and leaving negative reviews as my experience was nothing short of wonderful!

After two unsuccessful attempts to publish my academic profile on Wikipedia, I turned to Vanilla Heart Publishing, and it made all the difference. Jack immediately understood what Wikipedia defines as a reliable source — academic citations, reputable journals, and credible media references. He structured the article in a perfectly neutral, encyclopedic tone, ensuring it met all notability guidelines. My page has now been live for over a year, and I’ve noticed a huge increase in visibility for my research. I’m deeply grateful to Jack and the editorial team for their expertise and professionalism.

Total SCAM. They lure you in with "Get posted on Wiki for $399!" then after payment they advise that you will NOT publish without the help of their other services (costing 1000s!). No refunds. Total bait-n-switch SCAM!
I placed my order for a Wikipedia listing at the beginning of this year. They said it would take 8-10 weeks. It's been about 6 months of getting constant "it will be live next week" "they are just finishing up, I'll send you the link when it's live" replies every time I reach out to them (they never reach out to me, I can go weeks without hearing anything until I follow up again). I would have been happier had they just said "sorry, Wikipedia rejected it, there's nothing we can do." Do not give them your money, it is a scam.
Don't bother, this is a scam. Wikipedia is not the yellow pages and doesn't work with this 'company'. Don't make the mistake of answering an email or they will email you every week for the rest of your life.
I had a great experience working with Vanilla Heart Publishing on getting a Wikipedia page published for me - Mark Anderson (immunologist).
I was initially cautious because there are a lot of unreliable services out there, but this was not a scam. The negative reviews here seem to be fake or someone trying to discredit their work. The team was professional, responsive, and delivered exactly what they promised.
A special thanks to Jack, Ben, and Ryan. They guided me through the process with transparency and clear communication. They understood Wikipedia's notability standards and worked diligently to ensure everything met the platform’s guidelines. The final result exceeded my expectations.
If you're looking for a legitimate and trustworthy Wikipedia publishing service, I highly recommend Vanilla Heart Publishing. They did an outstanding job!

After weeks of false promises, missed deadlines and the rewriting of history, I hired a lawyer. VHP's modus operandi is a scam bait and switch operation.
VHP runs shadow organizations that utilize multiple “consultants”, third party payment portals and works out of multiple shared offices. Their strategy is that potential customers will eventually lose interest and not follow up. Online research documents multiple complaints with similar bait and switch operations. Trustpilot doesn't allow documentation of fraud busting URL's.
The USA BBB documented the same along with other scam busting operations. Please also note VHP uses two different company names with different physical and web addresses - Vanilla Heart Publishing and Vanilla Heart Publishers.
I was successful my claim and my money was returned.
Caveat emptor - Buyer beware!
There is much to be desired with this organization. The company rep handling the project has failed to respond to calls and emails regardless of the time of day, the phones go directly to voicemail. Since the last communication in February, nothing? Stay away from this publishing company!!!!
As a researcher, accuracy matters. The Vanilla Heart crew double-checked every citation, formatted them perfectly, and refused to use anything less than peer-reviewed sources. Their companion PR articles in prominent platforms and science news digests presented my work in plain language without dumbing it down. Impressive craftsmanship.

Not sure what these positive reviews are. They seem fake... My actual experience: Vanilla Heart Publishing offered to publish a wikipedia page for me for $750. All sounded great, minus what turned out to be one critical point hidden in the small text of their advertising about it: "Notability Assessment – Our team will verify Alliance Tutoring's eligibility by gathering independent, verifiable sources that highlight the tutoring company." In fact, the articles mentioned were necessary for publishing a legitimate wikipedia page, but were not, as it turned out, included in the $750, ambiguously worded in the above. After taking my $750, Vanilla Heart then suggested they needed me to: "List down all the media links that include your and mention you in any way (minimum 6 – 8 links). Please note that articles, blogs, press releases and other similar links do not count as reliable sources. Significant Media Coverage from news and media websites count as reliable sourcing." As I had none of the above, which they well knew, they would happily provide them for an additional $3,000... They attempted to upsell me for an additional sum from me that was unacceptable, so I requested my initial $750 back, which they refused to provide according to their "policy." I respectfully asked the refund of my $750 right away, given the highly ambiguous and misleading information about the articles required for the publication of the page, which were not disclosed to me in the initial sale. Crickets. Avoid this company.
