I always go here for my eyebrow appointments. Nicky was super helpful as I’d got stuck in traffic and was late to my appointment, she managed to still squeeze me in before her next client with ease and a lot less stress than I was feeling about running late! Recommend for any treatment 💛

I went in for a deluxe manicure and deluxe pedicure. I never treat myself but had some vouchers for it so I booked it to make myself relax. I was nervous but the atmosphere was lovely and I was anxious about my feet but the staff there (I had Abi) were fantastic and I felt so at ease. I had such a nice experience that I even tipped 20% and will come back again!!

First time at Vanilla Pod and Megan was brilliant. I love how she has done my nails and I could see she was very particular about her work, they are perfect! Megan is as super friendly and professional

I have been seeing Abi for my biab application and would not go anywhere else! Abi has grown to know what I like and always does a wonderful job! I can't praise her enough. I always have issues with knots and tight muscles. Jenna not only finds and clears them, she also finds areas with issues that I hadn't bothered to mention to her. She is very polite, friendly and professional.

My first biab experience with Megan was very positive and I loved my newly biab set. Sadly several nails had split/colour cracked after a week, so when I returned for my infill I explained this to Pattie who was going to do my nails and she advised she was going to infill them thicker to help the nails last longer, which
I was relieved to hear. However the biab application was so thick it looked square and clumpy at the ends and sides. After much filling attempts I thought they will just have to do as she'd run out of time. But when I got out into the day light I could also see immediately the colour application was not good either. The sides of most of my nails on both hands looked like they had worn away after a week of application, however this was freshly done.
I will be calling tomorrow to discuss further but I was so looking forward to my nail appointment and debated whether to just leave it and have it corrected at my next appointment. But each time I look at my nails I feel upset and that I have wasted my money.
I am new to the area so I have searched meticulously for a salon that I like and could commit to for my treatments, but I'm not so sure now. The therapists are lovely but today the quality of the work was sadly disappointing.

I will also add that whoever is in charge of music needs to be careful. There were some songs that contained discriminatory words. I'm sure it was an unintentional mistake but I would put on instrumental or music that has no chance of being offensive. The ambience is an important part of the service.

Love having my nails done by Abi! She always does a fab job, they’re long lasting and you can tell she’s taken great care with them.

Abi did my pregnancy massage and my neck scalp and decolletage. Absolute bliss felt perfectly comfortable throughout. We discussed any problem areas and pressure before we started and before we got ready

Pattie was amazing today. I had the deluxe manicure and gel nails. Pattie paid so much attention to detail regarding applying my gels and I’m so pleased. The deluxe manicure was perfect and my hands are so soft. Absolutely loved my visit today. Thank you 🤗🤗

Emma has made a superb job of microblading my eyebrows. When I first went to see Emma my eyebrows were almost non-existent from years of over plucking.
I now have a pair of very natural looking eyebrows which suit my face shape and colouring which Emma expertly created with great attention to detail. What a confidence booster this is! Emma I can't thank you enough.

Saw Emma today for my micro blading top up. I was 15 minutes late but I was given a lovely friendly welcome. My eyebrows look superb and Emma was her usual technically brilliant self. As well as being friendly and putting me at my ease.

My second time going to Pattie for intimate waxing and she's genuinely amazing. Makes you feel super comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole process, lovely to chat to and is professional throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!
