I've ordered a vanitybox on the 7th Feb and after lots of emails I haven't heard from them or receive said item

Like the other reviewers, I failed to check these reviews before buying off the these guys. Money paid but nothing shipped, not replying to my emails, looks like these guys are a con.

Steer clear....you've been warned.

I wish 2 things.

1. I came here for the reviews before i ordered.
2. I could rate them with zero stars.

Do not use this mob, the money has left my account but i keep getting e mails saying my order is ready to be shipped but hasn’t been paid.

It’s too late for xmas now.

Like others I never received my order. I got generic emails saying sorry but that was it. No help with looking into it or contacting the delivery company they use and still haven’t received any refund despite multiple emails!
AVOID AT ALL COST!

tbh I disagree with the other negative reviews... I found the vanityled to be of good quality and the packaging is very nice... I don't understand all these disparaging comments

DO NOT USE!! I placed my order on 12th December which they guaranteed delivery for Xmas.

It is now 24th March and still haven’t received my item…

No contact number and only responses to my emails are generic that a 5 year old could write.

Please do not use this company. Would give 0 stars if I could

Ordered item maked as valentine's gift 12 days before valetines day. 24 days later still hasn't arrived. Contacted them, they don't know when it will arrive but I cannot cancel. Obviously I bought another gift weeks ago. Joke of a company.

Terrible cheap rubbish. Probably worth around 1/10th of the charged price and they take crazy long to deliver. Complete rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE AT ALL.

DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. Never got my item and they will not refund my order that was placed over 6 weeks ago. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Will now have to go to my bank to claim money back.

Worst customer experience ever.

Requested for my duplicate order to be cancelled minutes after placing it, to which they said it had already been despatched which the tracking confirmed was not true at all.

Almost 2 months later, the order has still not arrived and has not been scanned in over a month.

After many emails back and forth where I request a refund, they finally get back to me apologising and confirm they have shipped a replacement.

Now after even more replies from myself, they are ignoring my request for a refund and clearly waiting for the replacement to be shipped so they can say “too late.”

1 star is too kind, please do not touch this company with a bargepole for your own sanity.

POOR QUALITY CHINESE CRAP

Ordered a vanity box for my wife’s birthday. Product actually came but looked nothing like the pictures on the website. It’s cheap plastic that’s blush pink in colour. In their pictures, mirror is horizontal on the box however, this isn’t actually possible with what was sent to me as the stand doesn’t turn that way. I was most impressed the the light on the mirror actually worked!
Wish I’d read previously reviews before ordering.

Really poor, do not order from this company the delivery takes 3 times as long and when they said the product was delivered it wasn’t and then said I needed to contacted the courier and refused to help . . . . Feels like a scam

This company not only take 3 times as long to deliver as stated (says 3-5 days and took two weeks). The delivery driver delivered to the wrong address and in order to get this rectified, Vanityled need to contact the carrier, which they are refusing to do. They have been super unhelpful and as a result my partner missed out on one of her Christmas presents.

Seen an advert on Facebook for the vanity led makeup storage box with brushes and sponges. and had a lot of comments saying it was a must have so decided to purchase for my partner.
10 days after ordering I still hadn’t heard nothing from the company, so I decided to google them and came across all the horrendous reviews on here and expected the worst. I gave the company an email not expecting a reply back however they did in fact reply early the next morning claiming my parcel has been dispatched and I should allow extra time for it to be delivered.
As per their word, the parcel was delivered on Tuesday. I have opened it up today and all parts of the order was present without any damage. Not sure what problems people have had to warrant calling the company a scam but I have no complaints and received exactly what I ordered

SCAM do not buy from website ordered 4 weeks ago and emailed constantly to no reply do not buy

WARNING: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!!!!

I wanted to return the VanityLED makeup box and the company still aren't responding after FIVE EMAILS requesting for return instructions. It has been nearly two months and still no response.

I also tried contacting their WhatsApp and they don't answer the phone. I found that they are based in Italy, but this isn't shown on their site.

DO NOT buy from this site. Awful company.

You are lucky you aren't a UK-based company, as you would regret ignoring my return requests.
