Outstanding, they had a fairly big issue with how my van had been configured but they came up with a clever solution and kept me updated. Well worth the 1.5 hour drive from Berkshire to have the new battery fitted.

Fast and reliable service
Fast and reliable service. Royal Mail tampered with the parcel and delivered it in a plastic bag within an apology. I opened it up and part of the order was missing. I informed this company and they replace the part the very next day excellent service and good luck to you all, regards Andy.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant, Nick & Ash listened fully to what I needed and have succeeded where my caravan manufacturer and dealer failed dismally. I wanted my brand new Bailey van upgrading from lead/acid to lithium for off-grid use. Bailey were useless as they still don’t cater for lithium, neither does my supplier. Luckily I stumbled upon these guys. They’re fully clued up in the dark art of vehicle electrics. We live quite a distance from them but Nick worked fully with us to make the whole process seamless. They treated our van with total respect and care, explaining what needed doing and how they were going to do it. If any electrical work needs doing in the future then I’ll ‘hotfoot’ it down to these guys even tho the van carries guarantees. If you need electrical help ring Nick, and No, I’m not on his payroll, I’m just properly impressed with his ability and service.
