Excellent service from Van Man Services!

I’m really happy with the service I received from Van Man Services. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. The team were friendly, helpful, punctual, and took great care with all of my belongings.

The whole move was much smoother and less stressful than I expected, and the communication was excellent throughout. They worked quickly while still being careful, and nothing was too much trouble.

I would definitely recommend Van Man Services to anyone looking for a reliable, professional, and reasonably priced moving service. 5 stars from me!

Very Unprofessional

Very bad experience – extremely unprofessional

I booked the moving service for 2:00pm because I had to hand over the keys to my old property by 3:00pm. The timing was clearly important.

At 2:10pm, when nobody had arrived, I called them to ask where they were. I was simply told, “We are coming, we are coming.” However, instead of arriving on time, I was later told they would arrive around 3:30pm.

This was completely unacceptable and caused me a huge amount of stress on an already stressful moving day. If I had known they were going to be this late, I would have booked another company.

A professional moving company should respect customers’ booked times, especially when they have been told about a strict key handover deadline. The communication and organisation were extremely poor.

I would not recommend this company. Very disappointing service and completely unprofessional.
