DX were a let down…
DX were a let down as they couldn't find our address, however after dealing with the guys at Vanroofrack I couldn't have asked for better customer service. Once the first order was returned we ordered another pipetube to my home address which DX could actually find, so all in all a happy end to a stressful situation!
