Scam. Be very careful.

We paid for our order, and after receiving the payment, communication became extremely poor. Later we were told that there was a “minor customs issue” and that we had to pay an additional €149.60 in taxes before receiving the parcel.

We refused to send more money because this situation looked very suspicious. After that, we never received our order or a refund.

They even tried to convince us by offering 25 extra devices for free if we paid the additional fee.

In our experience, this company took our payment and then demanded even more money instead of delivering the goods. We strongly advise buyers to be extremely cautious and never send additional payments without independent verification.

Our experience was a complete loss of money.

The first order arrived successfully, so I trusted this seller and placed a second, larger order.

That turned out to be a mistake.

After payment, communication became terrible:

- constant “tomorrow” promises,
- endless delays,
- no real updates,
- no tracking number even after almost two weeks.

At this point it feels extremely unprofessional and unreliable. Customers should be very careful before sending larger amounts of money.

Right now I cannot recommend Vapdrop to anyone.
