Delivery is slow
Delivery is slow, it is supposed to be 48 hours tracked but 3 days later Royal Mail still have not received the package. 2-3 working days is not a viable option.

My order was despatched with the usual efficiency. Just found it a bit unusual inasmuch as all of the packaging had been discarded so I just got the 10ml bottles. I usually keep all my stock of vape juice in their boxes neatly stacked together til I need them. Yes, I know it’s no biggy, just not something any other supplier has ever done before, including Dinner Lady themselves. Strange, you’d think they’d want to present their goods in the packaging ~ but I’m just the customer, so hey, what do I know?🤷🏼

To make deliveries as convenient as possible for our customers, we currently use packaging that allows parcels to fit through letterboxes where possible, depending on the size of the order and the courier selected.
Over the coming months, you may notice a change in our packaging. Due to the upcoming taxation of vaping products in the UK, all e-liquids will gradually begin to be supplied in boxed packaging that will require official tax stamps to be applied.
We have planned ahead for these changes and are working hard to keep any impact on our customers to a minimum. Our goal is to maintain competitive pricing while ensuring full compliance with the new regulations.
