It was faulty

Part of my order was missing, we are now 1 week on and still not resolved.
They have now gone silent on me.
This was a sample order and would have been a regular large order, think i need to look at giving someone else the buisness!

Did it take long

Ordered 3 vapes, 2 of which were faulty.Completely denied they had seen the return form I filled in, had to chase it up myself.....asked for proof with a video that they didn`t work??....Sent that, eventually had a reply via Whatsapp, they will check with manager? Few days pass, we had to chase them again, was then told to return them...again, had to chase for a returns label....Chased again to see if they had recieved them...Had a phone call few days later asking if we wanted different vapes as they couldn`t guarantee the replacements wouldn`t be faulty either or have a refund.....we agreed to refund....another Whatsapp message one week later saying he would check with manager!!.....Message 4 days ago advising he would contact us regarding refund by end of the day....Nothing heard, so we have just chased again via e-mail and Whatsapp........still waiting.....I would avoid this site/shop as customer service is apalling and communication none existent unless you do the running around........over a month has passed and still nothing!
**UPDATE** Had a message on Whatsapp - We are looking for good stock to send you so it does not happen again!...Haven`t asked for replacements, send me my refund as you have said you would!!

Placed a big order that was meant to arrive within 48 hours max. My order didn’t arrive, sent an email asking where my order was. I was advised the order had been dispatched.

Later on I received another email. Your order has not been dispatched as an item was out of stock. We have been trying to contact you.

They had not tried to contact me, that was a lie, the order has not been dispatched , tracking info has been stuck on the same since the day I placed the order.

I asked for a refund , no refund given just the same fob off answer your order has been dispatched .

The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing. I screen shot every conversation and pointed out the lies told by advisors written in black and white in your emails.

I would never order from your company again, no items received and refund not issued .

Always easy to order and promptly delivered. My preferred products are always in stock. Packaged well without over packaging. The one occasion I needed to contact customer service, I was dealt with quickly and efficiently by a friendly and accommodating team. I 've been ordering from Vapekit for over a year and will not order from anywhere else.
