Ignored my emails, took a week to send, paid for 24hr tracked but was sent via 48hr tracked. Avoid!!!
And poor customer service. Telling me im banned,like I would want to order from a company like this again, no thanks

Well Nathan, I've just checked and we have no emails from you at all. Further, we don't offer "24hr tracked", we offer "Shipping Method: 1-2 days (depends on courier)". So how about stop lying, and consider yourself banned.

Yeah it's not good but also not our fault, so thanks for the 1* review 🤦♂️ Anyway you should have your refund by now.
Out of date product
Ordered for next day delivery and it came 3 days later and the juice was out of date . Won't be buying again

We don't offer next day delivery but thanks for blaming a small business for the postal service's delays and trying to harm our reputation. Also we sent you a replacement plus some freebies yet you still thought a 1 star review was appropriate. Consider yourself barred from our shop.

Great company to deal with
Great company to deal with. I placed my order but did not include the house number🙈. Order returned to seller and I was quite annoyed about it thinking it was their mistake 🙃. Customer service informed me about the issue and send my items again very fast, included also a juice gift which was very nice, even though it wasn't their fault.
Competitive prices as well 😉

Found Vape Liquid on the search for a particular brand & liquid I like and I’m so glad I found them! The delivery is always quick! Recently had an issue where I only received one liquid instead of 5, emailed and received a quick response from Paul who was super helpful and sent out 5 more and on top of that some extras as a gift! Amazing customer service and would definitely recommend to other people! Thanks again!

Great customer service
Vape juice sent an incorrect juice flavour to me and the way in which they handled it was absolutely brilliant. Quick response to my email, no quibbles and not only sent me a replacement juice but also an extra juice too!! Great service.
I have purchased from Vape Juice for a number of months now and find they are always quick to send out the order (normally arrives within 2 days) and their recent demonstration of how well they handle problems just goes to show they are great to do business with. Thanks, Vape Juice team.

Brought 25 bottle and all are out of date
Brought 25 bottles. Only got 24 of what I ordered and 1 of a different flavour. All of which are past their expiry date.
