Praise where praise is due!

Having been a smoker for nearly 50 years…I’ve decided to give vaping a go and the guys (or girls) @ Vapes-Bars are so very helpful…I messed up the order…I placed the order in the wee small hours then sent an email to tell them and they went far beyond what they should have done to accommodate me…I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family…thank you once again

Bad customer services.

Ups marked it as handed to me personally while I was at work 8 miles from my home. After contacting ups who asked me to go directly to the company I raised a query with the company. First response was very positive, the reply promised they would look into it and get back to me, when I checked what was happening a week later I was fobbed off with a slightly less enthusiastic version of the first email, I asked for my query to be escalated to a manager as a complaint......

14 days ago.........and I'm still waiting for any sign of life from the company.

Very bad customer service. Will not use again.

Ordered a Ghost smart vape, next day delivery... Over a week later and some crappy vape arrives. Not impressed at all. Refund or send the item I paid for please....

Great flavour and good deals

Great flavour and good deals. Friendly staff happy to help out where they can if your new to vaping. It took me ages to quit smoking and I thought I'd never be able to replace it with vaping. They helped me find a vape that suited me and haven't looked back since.

I've tried to complain about this and havent heard back from the CS email address - makes me think this company is a scam.

I'd only buy from a more reputable brand - or one that values its customers and their products a WHOLE lot more than these sharks do.

I bought 2 bars 3500 ghost pro, one last only one day, it says 3500 puffs but it didn’t last for 500 and the other one didn’t even last for 10 puffs. Looks empty inside.

I think I’m scamed.
