Highly Recommend
Honestly I can not recommend this company enough. The service they provide is fantastic and so fast. Back in the summer I placed two orders as I meant to double up the quantity I originally wanted and within minutes I received an e-mail asking if I'd done this by mistake before they processed the order, not many companies would take the time to do that these days they'd just take your money !!!

Not too bad if you don’t mind waiting days for your order
I ordered 4 times from vapestore now and whilst their prices are great the delivery times are hit and miss. I ordered 10am Friday and still haven’t received my order and it’s now Tuesday. No updates given I’ve emailed customer service no response, so much for next day delivery. Won’t order from them again.

Poor Customer Service
I would have given 5* but my lastest order has come into a problem and nothing is being resolved. Getting hold of customer service is a nightmare! Next day delivery has turned into an ongoing 4 day problem so far, with no clue where my order is.
No refund, no order, no help, nothing.
Before this problem, quick dispatch, good value for money.

We’re sorry to hear you’re unhappy with your purchase. We’ve checked the product listing and can confirm that the tank supplied is the 2ml version, which is the capacity clearly stated on the product page.
We understand there may have been some confusion regarding the capacity, and we’re always happy to clarify product specifications before or after purchase. However, the item supplied does match the specification advertised on our website.
