Do not order from these idiots made a order on the 1st of June and told me next day delivery for 65 pound all together after a week told me that there having delays asked for a refund and they said no so I went in my bank and it shows that no transaction has been made like they have made it not go on my bank and now I can’t get my money back stay away

This is a scam company. They emailed to say they’d “been raided by the police” and were shipping my order asap. Then they closed the website. Filed a claim with my credit card company and got a refund.

If you paid with debit card you can still call your bank to file for a fraudulent payment.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM!!

Put an order in for 2 boxes of vapes a month ago, still haven’t received my order and refusing to refund me back my money! I have reported the company to the police and call my bank! I should have read the reviews first! They have no blocked my email, please do not order they are scamming scumbags

Please please do not order a thing from these scammers! I ordered a 10 pack of 15000 puff hayati for £96.15p been waiting best part of month I’ve had to go to my bank to retrieve my money which thankfully HSBC have done. When attempted to email and call Vape X they responded with my refunded bounced back to their account 🤦🏼. Since then I’ve had not a word so had to contact my bank. These aren’t traders but rip off, con men and scammers please avoid at all costs!

I have ordered 3 times and everytime I'm given some BS excuse as to why it has taken 3 weeks to ship my next day delivery order. 99% of time no one answers phone. The online chat never gets reply and emails? Don't think they even know they have an email address. Don't give them the time of day.

I paid for 10 boxes at a total cost of over £230. They didn't deliver, then when I sent email, they said it had been delayed. I then sent another 3 emails and tried countless times to call. NO ANSWER, NO REPLY. I then messaged from another phone to say I wanted to put in a big order, and they took the call straight away. LIARS AND FRAUDSTERS WHO NEED TO BE STOPPED. I have had whatts app message to say raided by HMRC, frozen bank account, website down etc etc, BUT ALL A LIE. I am in process of reporting them to the authorities, bank etc but PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. They are VILE SCUM who are jsut defrauding innocent people.

Did have order message them keep telling me it was on the way then said it wasn’t because of raids. Told me I was having a refund still no refund and now won’t answer messages. They happy to take £80 quick!!!

I have dealt with this company in the past and had a couple issues with delay or parcels and incorrect flavours sent but my last order they kept making up excuses for a 5 week delay, I asked for my money back and apparently their bank accounts have been locked, it's all bull they just kept my money and never planned to send anything, Bank has been contacted and have confirmed investigation, fraud ain't a light sentence so be prepared for more than a slap on the wrist

I had bought previously and received the product but this time they didn’t send. Chased them and told “please wait a few days while I check the order”

No reply from them the website and domain in unavailable.
Reading the recent reviews it looks like they have scammed quite a few people over the last few weeks….

Don't order from these. I ordered on Monday and never received anything, and now the website has disappeared.

Fairly sure these are now out of business. Took £200. Refused a refund 3 times. Failed to deliver and now website and email is not working.

Ordered last Thursday still no delivery 27th June. Wednesday they told me to hang tight he will check my order status. Still nothing

AVOID!
Placed a order in 28th May prior to the ban of disposable vapes, waited a week nothing! Emailed the company to be fobbed off with excuses that their warehouse had been raided and they were moving, assured me I would get my order by 15th June despite the ban being in place so I asked for a refund as it was now illegal for them to supply, no reply.
Kept emailing, to be ignored and now the emails are bouncing back.
Hard earned money down the drain!

Avoid like the plague if they website becomes available again!
