Awful

It's been a month since I placed my order. Two weeks ago I received a ridiculous response from their so-called customer service which essentially told me to be patient, my order is in transit. At this point, I think I've waited long enough. Avoid this business like the plague.

I have been buying from VaporFi for 14.5 years.....DONE!

I have been a VaporFi monthly subscription customer for 14.5 yrs. Never had an issue until late 2025. Since then the company customer service has severely deteriorated. They have 1 (one) C.S. rep for the whole company. Traci in Columbia, SC, is as helpful as a screen door on a submarine. My subscription has not been honored, deliveries severely delayed or NEVER received. Her response is "the company jargon." Done and DONE!

Fast delivery

I read reviews after ordering online and instantly regretted ordering. I ordered Saturday afternoon so my order wasnt processed till Monday morning, Thursday morning I checked the tracker and said I missed delivery, luckily I called and found out the place that transported it was only a mile away from my house and was able to pick it up right away. About 3 days from order to delivery to Wisconsin, I'm happy with the process

Don’t order from this company

Don’t order from this company. Took them over a week just to ship my single item order. Then another 10 days in shipping. I placed my order on the 8th of this month it is now the 21st and I still don’t have my item. Tracking is terrible it doesn’t give a delivery date estimate but yet requires a signature. Tried calling customer service and not only were they zero help with this but the lady I spoke to was very rude. Not only would she cut me off mid sentence and talk over me but also her tone was that of which it felt like she was talking down to me like I was a child. Very rude. This is my first time ordering from VaporFi and it will also be my last.

Their customer service does not get…

Their customer service does not get back to you. It has been 2 1/2 weeks and I have yet to see my order or any updates on it. When you try to go to boxcheck which is who they ship through it gives you an error message so you don’t even know where your package is at or when to expect it.

Do not order from VaporFI

I placed an online order and after receiving a delivered email, there was no delivery. I placed an inquiry through their customer service stating I had not received and it went unanswered. I then called and was told they would get me the proof of delivery photo. This never happened and now everytime I call it says they are closed so I am pretty sure they have blocked my number. Very bad business.

Terrible quality control and customer service

I ordered 2 bundles that were to include 2 packs of coils each, for a total of 4. When I received the order there were only 2 packs. I contacted customer service, which they quickly replied that I needed to send them a picture of the contents and they would get it corrected. I promptly sent them the picture and didn't hear anything else. I sent them a followup email about 2 weeks later with no reply. Terrible quality control and customer service.

Scam scam scam! Don’t waste your money or time!

Ordered 14 days ago and still haven’t received my order. Tracking said it was “Out for delivery” 4 days ago and I still haven’t received anything. I emailed customer service on day ten when I didn’t receive it, since the site said it comes within 10 business days, asking for a refund and still haven’t received a response. I just went to the website again to see if maybe there was a better way to get a hold of customer service, and the website states “To our valued VaporFi customers. VaporFi is no longer taking orders. All of your existing orders are in transit and will be delivered as scheduled.” Then it gives a generic tracking website that doesn’t say much of anything about where my order is. Wish I read reviews before spending $80.

Negative stars DO NOT ORDER

If I could rate NEGATIVE stars I would. Poor customer service, delay in shipping, no shipping updates for 7 days, over the 10 day shipping promise on the site. When I spoke to someone she was rude and dismissive claiming none of my 4 requests through the website were received although I have request recieved confirmation emails. Everyone else was to blame no attempt to rectify anything, poor excuse for a company. Do not waste your time order elsewhere. I am confused how am I supposed to ensure I am home to sign for a package with no delivery date.

Vaporfi scam -avoid if you can

Terrible shipping through a mysterious company, when I try to track my package online they can't even tell me the company name or where my package MIGHT be located. It's either boxcheck or wansomething but there's no way of knowing since they insist upon operating like a shifty scam site. Package never received - untraceable. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY ARE THIEVES

Scammed me with defective hardware

Scammed me with defective hardware. Refused to take it back since it was shipped in a box and opened. Offered to ship it somewhere to decide whether it is defective but I have to pay for it and wait around 20 more days to determine if the product was defective. Bought the scar 18 don't buy their hardware as they're defective and they'll refuse returns.

Vaporfi.com and Boxcheck

Vaporfi.com and Boxcheck, the unheard of company they use to ship have ZERO customer service abilities! 16 days after placing an order i received no communication about my order at all. I check the website for a delivery date since someone 21 yrs or older must sign for the package. The website gives no info only says "arrived at carrier" 6days prior. Customer service tells me its out for delivery that day. No package arrived. 3 days later i contact customer service who tells me the delivery company "has made several attempts to deliver with no success so the package is being shipped back!!! AT NO TIME DID ANYONE PROVIDE A DELIVERY DATE! How do they think their customers know when they need to be home to sign. I work full time and go to school full time, I cant just sit at home for 3 weeks just in case they delivery!! I dont understand why they cant prove a delivery date. It feels like they simply dont care about their customers once the charge is processed on your credit card, your on your own!! POS!

Do Not do business with this company - You'll have regerts.

First - They would not allow me to utilize a coupon that they had sent me to sign up for their emails - which was the point of conducting business with them in the first place.

Their stock is awful - everything is out of stock and it was extremely frustrating to find items that I actually could buy going through hundreds of things i could not. By the time I did after looking at the fees, shipping, and their website not allowing me to use the coupon - i just submitted the order anyhow because I was tired.

After 10 days I hopped online to check the status of the delivery and it stated it was 'out for delivery.' I had been home all day - it was a Friday - There were no attempted deliveries at all.

I contacted Vaporfi via their online system asking them for help. Monday I checked the status again - it had not changed. I had not received any assistance from Vaporfi and I wrote them again. After the second message they responded telling me to wait 10 business days as per their quote. I had another response shortly there after telling me to check my spam folder. By then I had sent another message stating that I may dispute the transaction and file a complaint due to the many red flags and lack of assistance.

Since I had received two replies that I had not read before send8ing that - I then responded to their 10 day quote stating that it's been over the time period - shipping hasn't moved it days and if I did not receive the product by tomorrow I'd like a refund.

I then received a reply from my second message stating that since I was disputing the transaction they were cancelling my transaction and would not refund me until the shipment was back in their hands. Completely out of spite.

Their quote in shipping was 3-7 days. Their online FAQ states to contact them after 10 if the product had not been delivered.

At this point I started reading into more reviews only to find out I was not the only one with such issues. Such bad reviews. Everywhere.

Their emails were all going to my spam folder automatically - which usually doesn't happen if they were not spam.

Awful service. Awful selection. Awful webpage. I have nothing good to say about any of it. I was charged crazy taxes and fees - very high shipping - and everything was coming from within the United States so there was no good reason for this. Other companies like Vaporfi do not charge such fees.

I made a mistake conducting business with these people. I made a mistake in asking for assistance from these people. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and Department of consumer affairs in my state.

I'm unsure if they are even supposed to be selling and/or shipping the products that they do. I think the whole company is shady and possible scammers, but that is my opinion at this junction.

Tried to cancel, no response, bad customer service

Day 10, Placed my order on 8/23 and then on 8/24 I sent in a request for customer service email response to cancel my order and refund my money. I sent in another request again on 8/8 and out in for a call response, nothing. I sent yet another email this morning hoping for a response. Nothing from them, and my money is pending in my account. Also, no updates on my now unwanted order

Would give zero stars if that was an option. Been a loyal customer for 6+ years. Been going downhill for quite some time. Shipping is an absolute joke! You never get an update when it ships so no idea what day to be home. Oh and btw vaporfi the delivery people yeah usually if I’m not here forge a signature bc it was about 8 months where i didn’t sign for any of my packages so that signature fee is bogus.

Any who, placed a order early August. It’s August 25 and it still hasn’t shipped bc you were waiting on one item? Bruh reach out cancel the backordered item and send everything else what’s the hold up? lol incompetence at its finest

I’m also wondering why vapor fi doesn’t use usps? Ive now purchased mods,kits, batteries, juices etc from a different USA company and it goes through usps with no problem and they send shipping notices and leave it in your mailbox. Shocker. (Eight vape people-it has everything in stock all the time)

Honestly I bought from them before no problem especially they were Direct Vapor before. I placed an order on the first week of August a starter kit that would come with the vape and juice. I paid a lot for shipping. It took forever to come to me. It wasn't updating on the tracking info or anything and upon opening it. I received the vape itself but not the juice that was supposed to be included and I paid for. I was deeply disappointed and I couldn't even use it because they didn't put the juice in. Like really? It shows that it was in stock. I don't think I'll be purchasing from them again. Oh and the products came from China which is a bit odd. Never again 0/10 stars

Man oh man

Man oh man i think vaporfi outdid it since my last review. Placed a order a few days ago since then they have updated their layout of a webpage and you can’t send them a email at all bc it says error when there’s no error, your order that’s showing in email confirmation and on your credit card isn’t showing on your actual order page…so frustrating. Been a customer for 8 years and i think this is the last time I’m going to put myself through this hogwash. Terrible. If you can’t run a business maybe you shouldn’t try to? Kinda shady that i can’t find my order on your page in my account. I can’t reach out to you to ask.. Wednesday is my deadline or i reverse the charge with my credit card company and you can deal with amex…and they can look into what’s going on for me. Too much work for me as a consumer. Sad that this company is taking a downward spiral. 🌪️
