Great team to deal with
I had a great experience with Vaporizers.ca. Their team was extremely professional from start to finish and made the whole process smooth and easy. I purchased the Dr. Dabber switch 2 from them, and they were incredibly helpful in making sure I understood the product and got exactly what I needed.

On their site, they advertized the Pulsar Sipper Bubbler (wet one) with a picture at 134.95$
I added it to my cart without looking
completly missing there was an option for wet or dry one (my mistake) and then realized that the wet Sipper was not at 134.95$ but at 165.95$ as picture on the previous page was stating. Ive been arguing with these guys that this is milseading advertising and told me they had done nothing wrong and that they where totally within the law. Claiming not in the wrong, but they corrected the picture on their website right away.........for the dry one...so corresponding picture with corresponding price...
And repeating me over and over that they are a small familly business. What does it change, own up to your mistake. And that i make harsh comment that they dont deserve bla bla.
Reading reviews here on trustpilot, we can clearly see there is a pattern. The guy is never in the wrong and has got 2-3 pages of explanations/excuses of whys, and never owning up to his mistake. And i really dont care what you say about me, Pulsar is aware of your shady advertising and agrees with me....Anyways, that was my experience.

We completely disagree with your review and your version of events.
We can own a mistake when we make one. In this case, we did not make one. Even the screenshot you included says “FROM,” clearly indicating variant pricing.
You made the selection error, not us. The product page clearly had a variant selector. The item in your cart and at checkout clearly showed the version you selected — Dry Cup. At multiple points in the process, the difference between the Dry Cup and Bubbler was visible, including the product image.
It is not misleading for a product page to show one variant as the main image while allowing customers to choose another through a selector. That is standard ecommerce practice. After your complaint, we changed the lead image to reduce future confusion, but we did not agree with your assertion whatsoever. How you missed the dry cup image when selected, the selector text itself, “Dry Cup” in your cart, “Dry Cup” at checkout, plus the final email confirming “Dry Cup,” is difficult to comprehend. Customers are expected to pay some attention when selecting items before blaming a company for a common ecommerce practice.
Your added claim that “Pulsar agrees” is unsubstantiated and changes nothing about the actual facts. Large manufacturers often default to customer-pleasing responses because they are not the ones dealing directly with the wasted time, abuse and retaliatory reviews that follow. They also have dedicated support staff and deeper pockets to absorb unnecessary losses from coercive clients. Even if Pulsar preferred a different lead image, that would not make our listing “shady advertising,” nor would it erase your own admitted selection error. Our general policy is to choose the lead image we believe presents the product best. If a concern comes up, even where we do not agree, we may still make changes to improve clarity. That is called trying to reduce future issues, not admitting wrongdoing. We work hard to be honest and transparent, but customers are still expected to pay attention to what they are selecting.
We do not believe small businesses should have to tolerate being treated unfairly or abused. Being a small family business does matter in that respect because there are real people on the receiving end of that behavior.
We are happy to help reasonable customers. In this case, you were neither reasonable nor fair. Once you realized your Dry Cup mistake, you became threatening and insisted that we give you the higher model at the lower price. We worked out a resolution where the original item would be refunded and you would keep the parts, then you changed your mind again and continued to pressure us to give you the higher model at the lower price. You did not even offer to meet us halfway despite your own mistake. You received prompt responses, multiple replies and ultimately a full refund on the entire order. Despite that, you still left us two one-star reviews. The fact that you were ready to post one-star reviews on both Google and Trustpilot right away says everything about the type of “customer” you are.
I wouldn't go anywhere else for vaping products
This small, family-run Canadian company is absolutely fantastic. Very knowledgeable and professional, incredibly helpful and responsive to questions, concerns, issues. The prices are very competitive, ordering is perhaps the easiest I've experienced anywhere online, and delivery is reliable and amazingly fast. I have ordered from them several times over several years, and they are always top-notch. 10/10 as far as my experience goes. I greatly appreciate this valuable service (I cannot no longer 'smoke' anything, so the Solo vaporizers - the main one I've used - is a lifesaver for me).

Literal Best online store for dabbing essentials. Anytime i need something i check this site first, best prices and best support team. 100/10 definitely shop here.
I wanted the Puffco proxy new bub looked at like 5 store at check out they all wanted 30-40 for shipping and tax on top of sticker price. This site great price great shipping rate. Just all around happy on my end. Will be sending my money here. And if what I’m looking for is not in stock I’ll be asking for any new on restock waiting lol. 100/10 easy

Don't do it.
They sent the wrong item then blamed illness for the issue. They where quick to offer me a partial refund if I kept the other product which was the lower model then then one I wanted. All and all I wouldn't give them a cent in the future.

Sorry Bryan, I rarely make mistakes but it does happen. I have a severe injury, made every part of the job difficult. Under normal circumstances, I would have been taking time off. The two boxes (Gigi vs Gigi H20) are very close and I wasn't as sharp as usual.
We aren't sure why you are 1 star unhappy with us. We shipped quickly, we replied to the email about the mistake quickly, we owned our failure right away. We then offered you a large partial refund or to proceed with the exchange. You took the refund but we would have been fine exchanging.
You are being way too harsh on us for a basic mistake that we offered to rectify. I'm not sure what more we could have done other than not make the mistake in the first place. Perfection is hard to pull off at all times, we do get close but we are humans.

Sorry about grabbing the Gigi Black vs the Gigi H20 Black. We have been dealing with a medical situation, we haven’t been as sharp.
There is an $8 price difference between the two, would you be willing to keep the Gigi Black for a $14 refund? (That brings the Gigi down to $14 if you keep it).
We do find the Gigi H20 has a few more issues but we do understand the water part does bring benefit. You could always start with the Gigi and get an H20 or even an Artiq later.
If you definitely want to proceed with an exchange, we will make arrangements. If you are good with the refund, let us know and we will make it happen.

I needed to return something that didn't work for me. On this product there is no returns. They still decided to allow me to return the item. They provided a return label so I didn't have to pay for shipping. They were kind and fast to get back to me.

Excellent personable customer service and quality products
Damon communicated with me about delivery date and time which I found so convenient. He delivered at the appropriate time and was cheerful and professional at the door, you so infrequently get a smile when you receive a package.
So far, the 723 is a hit with my partner, who I bought it for and meets his approval. We are happy with the service 100%.

Avoid this retailer!
I have been a customer of Vaporizer.ca for close to 10 years, mainly due to their excellent customer service. This is no longer true. Their customer service has disappeared and the retailer seemed more interested in providing life advice than fixing any issues with the retail experience. Their products are excellent however their attention to customer service was very lacking. I will not use this service again, I will seek a supplier that has higher ratings.

9 smooth transactions over a period of years. One failed transaction that was your fault with a side of driver unprofessionalism and we drop to 1 star with an avoid. Hopefully people in your life don’t rate you 1 stars when you pull off 90%. Where was that 5 star review for all the other transactions?
For the 10th transaction, it was full winter and there was massive snow everywhere. The Sendle Driver showed up at your location and accidentally drove over some snow in your driveway. Rather than get your package first, you proceeded to berate the poor driver until she drove off. We tried our best to get Sendle to return but in the end the driver got a reprimand and the package was sent back to us. We refunded you in full once it was confirmed on the way back.
The life lessons you referred to were:
1. Don’t treat people badly, especially if they have something you want.
2. Always get a package from a driver before you rip into them!!!
3. Try to have some understanding as to what others go through even if you have personal issues (the driver at that time of year, we had just dealt with a Canada Post strike).
You were very hard on us and mean, unnecessarily. You took ZERO responsibility for being so rude / mean that the driver left even if she was unprofessional. Did you even think about what it was like to be a low paid delivery driver in the heaviest snow time of the year?
We did good on our end and tried for days to make you happy. You demanded we reship the order at our expense Express with no guarantees you would be reasonable, before it was confirmed on the way back to you or us. All for a $20 parts order with basic shipping! In the end, we refunded you in full including the shipping, all because you couldn’t control your anger before getting your package.
You clearly have little empathy or understanding for others. Medical issues don’t give you the right to treat others badly!
Its really sad that you would try so hard to damage a family business that served you well for many years with an avoid 1 star one sided unfair inaccurate review all due to a driver delivery mishap and your reaction to that.
We really hope you never buy from us or cross our path again. We feel sorry for any other business that has to deal with you!

We are sorry you are unhappy with us.
We went to grab your U5 gunmetal and the distributor had shipped us black without notifying us. We knew the gunmetal would be extra delayed so we made the decision to ship out a black right away versus delay your order.
The primary goal for our decision was customer service, we didn't realize at that time that a person could be that serious about two colors that look close. We had rarely been put in that situation before since our inventory runs close to 100%. For the few inventory glitches that have had a color issue since your transaction, we did contact the client before hand to make sure.
We have been in business 20 years and color inventory issues has only come up single digits. We did learn our lesson from your transaction even if it was brutally harsh considering the situation and our intentions being good (get you your order fast).
We are sorry our decision made you that upset, we don't personally understand but we accept that it did. We did good four times in a row for you and we certainly tried on the 5th, hopefully you change your review to a three star long term.
