Rückerstattung trotz PayPal-Fall bis heute nicht erhalten

Ich habe meine Bestellung frühzeitig storniert, was mir auch bestätigt wurde. Man teilte mir daraufhin mit, dass mir der bereits bezahlte Betrag für den stornierten Koffer auf mein PayPal Konto zurücküberwiesen wird.
Trotz mehrerer Kontaktversuche und laufendem PayPal-Fall habe ich mein Geld nicht zurückerhalten. Auf Anfragen Antwortet der Verkäufer nicht mehr.

Aluminum Suitcase

Bought an aluminum suitcase for my daughter for Christmas. Even though Vaye were a little too optimistic in terms of delivery time when ordered, due to the Black Friday/Christmas rush, Vaye customer service was very responsive and helpful. Among other things they called DHL on my behalf, and it arrived the day before Christmas. It has just had its first journey to Dubai and my daughter is over the moon with it....You can't avoid a few scratches, even some small dents, when you are checking in an aluminum suitcase, but most of them you can easily wash off. I think I will order the black version of it for myself next!

UK BUYERS BEWARE

UK BUYERS BEWARE. I bought a suitcase for £280 in July 2025 which never arrived. They sent another which was subject to a further £80 import fees. I didn’t want to pay even more and they said to wait till customs returned it and they’d refund me. They’ve now changed their minds and are refusing to refund me, stating their ‘14 day return policy’ despite telling me to wait till the suitcase is returned by customs. They still have my money. They’re not replying to my emails. I contacted them via Instagram and they blocked me. Very very shady business. I’ve reported them to Trading Standards.

Schmuckstück mit top Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis

Ich habe einen Xavi Aluminium Carry on in Deep grey gekauft. Der Koffer kam gestern sehr gut verpackt und absolut einwandfrei an. Die Farbe sieht super aus und die Verarbeitungsqualität ist sehr gut. Meine Frau hat einen Rimowa Cabin und im Vergleich dazu kann der VAYE Koffer mithalten. Die Optik außen ist fast identisch, beim VAYE werden mehr Nieten gesetzt. Die Unterteilung innen ist prinzipiell gleich gelöst. Die Schlösser und Dichtung des Rahmens ist nicht zu unterscheiden. Die Rollen sind etwas größer. Die Aufhängung der Rollen ist genietet, das sieht wertiger aus als beim Rimowa. Ich hatte vor dem Kauf zwei Fragen an VAYE gesendet, die sofort beantwortet wurden. Insgesamt bekommt man ein super Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis und eine tolle Optik.
