VDSINA are knowingly facilitating copyright infringement and completely ignoring their responsibilities as a hosting provider.

We have identified a website hosted on their infrastructure that are distributing copyrighted content without permission. When attempting to follow proper legal channels, the so-called “copyright” or “DMCA” contact form on that site simply does not work, effectively blocking any legitimate takedown requests. This is not a minor oversight - it is a deliberate failure that prevents rights holders from enforcing the law.

At that point, responsibility clearly shifts to the hosting provider. VDSINA have been contacted directly with clear evidence of infringement and given the opportunity to act. Instead of assisting, investigating, or enforcing their own terms, they have chosen to ignore the issue entirely and allow illegal activity to continue on their network.

This behaviour is deeply concerning. Any reputable host would take swift action when presented with valid copyright complaints, especially when the hosted sites themselves are actively avoiding compliance. VDSINA’s inaction shows either a complete lack of oversight or a willingness to profit from infringing content.

If you are a rights holder, avoid this company at all costs. If you are considering using them for hosting, be aware that you are associating your business with a provider that appears comfortable enabling and protecting illegal activity.

Until they start taking accountability and responding properly to infringement reports, they should not be trusted.

As a website owner, I am experiencing systematic attacks coming from one or several VDSina Amsterdam users: frontend social engineering, and backend hacking ongoing since October. After a cyberattack of more than 73,000 requests on my website in one night, I have filed a police report against the user, and against VDSina for illegally providing unregulated hosting in the EU. I am also reporting all IPs to Abuse IPDB. The investigation is ongoing. See you in court.

The service is absolutely terrible. First, they lure people in with cheap VPS plans, but they don't WARN them anywhere about the limits - 1 VPS per account. I ended up transferring money to them but couldn't create the number of cheap VPS servers I needed. I asked for a $16 refund, but they refused. In the end, I received neither the money nor the VPS. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this service to anyone. They are SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

I have been using their services for several years. Recently, they increased the cost of the server I rented from them by more than twice, although when I originally ordered it, it was stated that the price was fixed.

I have been using this hosting for about a year now. The servers are stable, there were no connection problems during this time. They have a simple and convenient control panel with lots of predefined configurations: pure OS's, VPN images and more — which are easy to setup. The prices are low compared to competitors, and they also provide a generous amount of traffic. The support answers quickly and really tries to help. Among other details: they have a virtual VNC console available through the control panel on their website. This is very convenient in case you messed up with the server configuration. I can confidently recommend this service.

Good experience: Using this VPS for a VPN and small tasks. Pricing is fair, and multiple regions are offered. No hardware troubles encountered yet.

As someone who travels the world frequently, I bought a server in Amsterdam for VPN, and it’s been an absolute lifesaver. It works with all foreign services as well as all Russian ones (which is surprisingly great and incredibly satisfying). Setup took just a few minutes thanks to the variety of disk images available. Plus, the price is very reasonable.

Удобный сервис с точки зрения аренды сервера и подключения к нему роутера через openvpn. Ценник тоже приемлемый. Подводит только скорость.

I like the ability to be able to create and delete servers anytime and use funds from the balance to do so. Also, the tech support is top-notch. You can ask any question, and there is a high probability that you will get the answer ASAP.

Пользуюсь с августа 2024 года по настоящее время. Зарегистрировался сначала по ошибке в зоне ру, пополнил баланс и понял, что ино серверов выбрать не даёт, обратился в поддержку и очень быстро перенесли баланс на ком. Прикупил по акции сервак в Голландии и моего баланса хватает еще на пару лет. Сейчас уже у них другие цены, но что отрадно, на мой тариф цену не повышают и это прям респект! Скорость всегда хорошая, откуда бы я не пользовался, а использовал я уже из разных локаций: Испания, Италия, Турция, Казахстан (да-да, представляете, у них тоже блокируют сайты:) например в Италии и Турции заблокирован chatGPT, в Испании не помню что, но тоже приходилось). А как выручает в РФ и так всем понятно)
С момента как я создал сервак, уже прошел почти год и я ни разу не заходил в админку чтобы что-то исправить или перезагрузить сервак. По сравнению с другими сервисами, где мне приходится то перезагружать сервер, то писать в поддержку, то у них видите ли переезд и чтобы заработало надо менять настройки или вообще переделывать сервер и менять всю архитектуру потому что по другому никак, ребятам уважуха - стабильность на высоте, настроил и забыл!
