Vee Dub Transporters Avis 

Promt delivery almost to time indicated. Well packaged and protected, but no fitting instructions.
Went on U tube to find some, "Heko" instructions did the job, need to clarify which way round the metal clips go - small indentation in or out?
Had them fitted and in use for about a week now do the job well.

Had a problem with my covers in that the headrest ones didn't fit. Contacted Customer Support, returned them and have now received the correct items.

I've used VeeDub many times over the years for a few of my vans. They always have the right items in stock, the staff on hand are knowledgeable as I tend to go to the sales office rather than online.
The prices are spot on, very competitive, and they gave me a free cap, nice little bonus!

Vee Dub transporters is a great place to purchase items you want to give your van the look your after. It’s my first time and not my last being a customer. They have so much I want for my T6. I really recommend anyone with a transporter to have a browse, however one of my purchase’s I brought was a set of thermal window covers which was a great buy but came in a box without a carry case which states on the leaflet there should be one. I would love a carry case sent out to me please.

Overall a great transaction and always good quality products. On this occasion I had the wrong item sent but this was rectified very quickly and the correct item sent out. Really good communications & speedy dispatch & delivery.

I've placed an order which had delays and when received only a few items were delivered. When trying to contact customer services the lines are always busy and contacting someone via email I'm not getting much luck with where my other part of order has gone. This is so time consuming and I just wish to speak to someone to resolve the issues.

Gave the vehicle details for a set of curtains (96 Caravelle). Not one window fits, rails too long, bent to the wrong profile, missing curtain clips. The rails foul on the door locks and sliding window locks. I can't call any one all communication is via Email which takes a day or two to get a reply. What should be a simple job as the curtains should fit is turning in to a much bigger task with you now wanting me to cut and re bend the rails! Kind of defeats the object of buying a kit that should fit?

I have spoken to your team on many occasions with little success, basically this product won't fit a Caravelle properly even spending significant time altering it its not fit for purpose, why not just be honest with people and tell them it won't fit????

Good value curtains for my VW T6. Would have been easier if there were instructions as to how to fit the cab area curtains as there are two curtains and not clear in what order you thread them.

Fast delivery and great video to watch on how to fit. The video is true to life, the drivers seat is the most difficult to fit. But great information in video of how much you can pull seat cover around. Very happy with how my new seat look.

Parts won't fit and customer service is absolutely awful. They disabled their phones and I'm waiting for 48 hours for a reply to my last email.
I was a frequent customer of veedubtransporters but this is my last order. They had the time to reply immediately when I opened a case with paypal but still not replied back to my actual problem. I had to order the parts again from transporter HQ so I can finish my van for my weekend trip. Please avoid them, they are not what they used to be.

Part order sent wrong still waiting. Going to pimp my van through the winter hope this not the sign of things to come.

The cover are fantastic an look amazing only thing that let them down was having to remove seats as we have a bulk head,also had to cut the head rest covers as they where stiched to tight.

Good product at good price. There was an issue with one item but it was handled well and promptly.
