Good morning, many thanks for your feedback and we are sorry this has occurred. We can see that you have been misinformed with regards to being advised we would swap this over for yourself. This is an oversight on our behalf to which we apologise for. Due to the time frame returning your goods back to us, you were out of the time frame and this why you were offered the amount as a credit. Whilst we cannot pass comment on Transporter HQ, we do value our loyal customers. Bearing this is mind, we will adjust the credit amount to the full value for you to be able to order the correct item you require.

Disappointing Start
My order for a T5.1 consisted of a painted front spoiler and splitter, a set of front/ rear mudflaps and LED number plate lights.
The front spoiler did not fit true around the OEM bumper, the fog light insert would not fit back into the spoiler as the moulded lugs were too big.
The rear number plate lights seem to be of poor quality as they do not fit easily and one broke in that attempt.
The mudflaps were missing the fixings.
In all my frustration of the above VeeDub did make efforts to resolve this by replacing the number plate lights, sending out the missing fixings and sent out a replacement set of the fog light inserts.

We can see that our customer services team have been in contact with yourself to resolve these and you have been sent new fog light inserts, fixings were also sent out for the mudflaps and finally we have replaced the number plate lights, these will be with you shortly. If you could kindly let us know how you get on with the replacement parts that would be appreciated. Once again, apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Bought a set of wing mirror glasses for my T6…. Turned up on time and fit perfectly. Only needed the left hand one as that’s the one that disappeared shortly after allegedly hitting a parked vehicle. Now I feel confident reversing again as these incredible mirrors allow you to see down the side of your vehicle. Thank you Vee Dub for allowing me to see again 👍

I will Never buy from this site again the after sales and customer service is rubbish. The products are not showing the right size, as I brought a cover for a T5 Transpoter and it under size, and being conned out of my money, so buyers be very aware of this site, the worst one I have ever used. NEVER AGAIN.😡😡

We do apologise you feel this way.
I have looked into this and as you had opened a Paypal case before even receiving the item we were only able to communicate through Paypal, this can slow proceedings down.
With regards to sizing we can confirm these sizes are stated in our descriptions and are correct to the wheelbase selected.
I can see you have your returns number and as soon as the goods are back we will be in contact with yourself.

Above and beyond - delivery
I ordered front and door spoilers, the quality is great and not a single thing I can complain about.
They did lie about their delivery though - it was estimated at 2-4 business days but actually arrived in 1 business day!
Highly recommend.

Ordered a multitude of cleaning/detailing goods. All exceptional quality and reasonable price. Each item individually packaged with basic but good directions/info on packages.
Only moan I’ve got is the free sticker they sent me is too big to stick anywhere.
