Veeloza Avis 11

I received my order and tried next day. No enhancement felt. Tried for another couple days and nothing. Tried 2 patches w no result.
I am not happy w product. And they auto ship and I do not recall signing up for auto. I’ve contacted Veliza numerous times to discontinue shipments and cancel auto ship.
No reply about auto ship.
They did reply that you need to take for several weeks to start seeing results! They do not disclose this when you look product before ordering
I have sent them numerous emails to stop shipping and emailing me but they do not respond or comply. I’ve done research and there are dozens of negative reviews about this product and they have been reported to the BBB.

Recieved 4 days ago.
Stop working.
the costumer service told me that they can’t apply the 30 days warranty.
order on just 30, recieved on aug 20… stop working on aug 23.

i should have red the comment and save money and time

Product was sent to the wrong address in June and I have emailed 3x and messaged support over 5 times. The only response I got when I said that I did not get a confirmation email was that "maybe [I] didn't order the product" but the money was taken out of my account and the product was marked as delivered.

Edit: Finally got a response from support at the very end of July and got the product sent. Received it within a week (August). I don't love it but I suppose it is as advertised. I'm not going to bother trying to send it back. What a nightmare.

Total Waste of money. Worked well for about a month, now doesn’t turn on. I’ll attempt a refund, but not optimistic after reading several other reviews on this product.

Veeloza's website is a scam! Do not order through their official site as I never received my product. I asked for my product delivery date, and Veeloza emailed me a tracking number with my product in transit. BEWARE- Veeloza shows the tracking through their own screen but it's all a hoax. After I used the official USPS website to track my package, I discovered the USPS tracking number never existed.

Don't trust this company, product was never delivered and after multiple attempts to contact about a refund, they kept giving me the run around.

My order never delivered, it showed shipped but wasn't showing movement. I contacted this company several times and they said they were checking, but I never received any specific info that they had checked with their carrier. I have requested a refund.

I am amending my review below because after sending a screenshot of their warranty and a requested video of the device not working, they did honor their warranty and sent me a new one without requiring me to return the faulty one. As far as how well it works, I'd say it feels pretty nice! The massagers are not adjustable as far as width across but it should work for most people except maybe bigger body builder types. Id give it a 4 if I hadn't had the bad experience with it breaking down so fast and having to jump through hoops to get them to honor the warranty. Now I'm just waiting to see if works for a lot longer than.2 months, indicating I was just unlucky to get a defective one the first time.

My Velooza neck massager stopped working after two months with very little use. It's outside of their 30 day money back guarantee, but their website claims to have a one year warranty. So far all they have offered me is a discount to buy a new one -not a repair or replacement with the return of the defective one like one would hope

Not sure if it’s a scam still haven’t received my order I ordered it 16 days ago They haven’t been sending me any emails to let me know what’s going on

Never received my order and never got any response back from company about where my order is been over a month

Fits awesome and does a great neck massage, strong mechanism, we love it!
