Ordered a orthopaedic pillow first one that arrived was great .however decided to order another one and when that arrived it was rubbish so inferior to the first . Contacted them and sent pics but no response yet . If don't hear from them for a replacement or refund will contact trading standards.

Scammer! Bought it from Facebook marketplace but redirected to steamteamnj website purchased something off the site and never was provided/received a valid tracking number and I never received the furniture.

Ordered from this company 6 months ago but never received any product, wasted my money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY

Bought a table saw from you never came. You sent another never came you will not give me a refund only claim On insurance when I have to send you all my details like passport details etc and after 4 months will not correspond with me .terrible company stay well away

I have experienced nearly every complaint issued against this company, by every person behind every review here on Trustpilot, except any response at all to my emails to them from anyone representing the company. I too was scammed out of my money through an ad on Facebook Marketplace, claiming to be Sam's Club. I would not recommend that anyone send any money to this company.

They did however respond to my bank to answer the transaction dispute I filed with my bank on their company.

it s a scam website, orderd products last december, never received the products.

This company are a bunch of scammers. I ordered something from them in february, initial contact stated ordered delivered to Wakefield depot, a month later, contacted again they apologised and asked if I wanted refund or redelivery, I asked for redelivery, gave me a tracking number, its managed to now be delivered to Redruth depot. I have now had enough and will be asking my bank for help in getting money back

Ordered something not received tracking number given But with always delivered to an another address, tried to tell me my address was incorrect. I also ordered in March have heard nothing

Bought an item from this site and never received it.

Although it's of no recompense to you guys I have reported them to the FTC and now working with their webhosts to have the site shut down.

Ordered on the 5th Jan still waiting, guess I just washed £30 down the toilet

Scam company
Ordered goods in Feb 2023. Took the money. Been in constant touch with them. Apparently its been delivered to royal mail in Scotland. This then shows its been delivered. Royal mail have no record of my order.

Ordered my product on January 14, 2023 but I still didn't receive my order. Customer service doesn't respond to my email. Do not buy from this company, they are scammers.

Item is showing in a totally different province for pick up.
