Order product. For a tracking number and never came. The link for tracking, and there website are no longer active. Emailed and got nothing back.

Bad service, bad communication.
After almost 2 months I sent an email requesting an update on my order and was told they were having troubles with UPS. 4 months later I still haven’t heard from them. Just required a refund, hoping to get it some day…

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!! I have Placed an order over two weeks ago!!! I still have not received my order!!!

Good serviced, fast shipping

Made an order for the first time to try your company out. First, I get charged for all the items I ordered and then when I finally get my order (which waited almost a month for it) I did not receive everything I ordered without any credit back on what was not shipped as well as my produce not properly packaged. Most of what I got was wilted. Will not order again.

Delivery was fast, and the produce was fresh. Thank you.

Over month and still no order. Was told it was UPS problems. Then told out of stock. However item still shows available on website. I just want the fruit not refund what’s the issue??!!

I did not receive half my order

Unfortunately was missing an item from my order. My culantro was burn and my other veggies were really hot. The only thing in my box to keep it cool was a little ice pack that was melted. Took awhile to get to me which is understandable and once shipped it was here the next day. Overall I will probably not be ordering again from here but if you’re close (I’m in AZ) it’ll might be worth giving a try.

The fruit I ordered arrived in perfect condition with nothing missing. The prices are good and reasonable. Shipping was fast, the only thing that I consider to be less than great was the processing time for my order but not enough to affect the rating of my order.

got the fruit i needed at an affordable price and came in under a week when most places i could find it wanted 10x the price and had an even longer wait

Please you send me a return label because this second order you sent was very bad the are all not good to eat so I to return it my first or was so good that is why I encourage my sister Vida pokua to order some she received and she said is so good but is soo bad

Your packaging was incredible. The cold pack was all gone. It's been hot so I understand.

The fruit I did get was lovely as always but the chayote was completely absent from my box, which sucked. I paid for it but mostly- I wanted to eat it.

Total waste of money and time. Mambo Thai Coconut (young coconut) was what I bought. Nicely packaged, instructions on how to drink are simply depicted in pictures shown in label. Except it doesn’t work! Coconut was drug to the bone! WARNING: shake the coconut for signs of some water first before you buy it! I even chopped it with a knife, nothing, no fluid whatsoever. Total rip off!!!
