If i could give it a negative star…

If i could give it a negative star rating i would. At first it seems like a good site,they use a template very similar to another with a very simlilar name.....but dont be fooled,this is absolutely fake. For about a month I played with no issues,claimimg daily bonus,spinning said bonus with some success. Thought it was legit so i bought a package for 20 and got 50.....and then it began. I can still collect dailies,spin for gc,but every/any slot I pick says "currently unavailable,please try later or choose another slot". A dozen or so emails and a few messages on insta with no response what-so-ever. Cannot believe they are able to get away with such blatant robbery.

Hi Billy, thank you for sharing your feedback. The $20 package was acquired during our demo period (before March 11), which means it was never actually charged to your card. You can verify this on your bank statement. The slots becoming unavailable was part of the transition from the demo setup to the live platform.

Everything has been fully live and operational since March 11. All games are up and running, so you're welcome to come back and try again.

Awful experience so far

Edit: I appreciate the response on here but I’m definitely still skeptical. I had already closed my account but if I can reopen it and get the redemption I would definitely play some more and change the review rating. I emailed support but since support never responded the first time around I thought an edit on here might get a response. And that part of not being charged is absolutely not true. I have a email confirming the charge. Please help Vegas bonanza!!!

Awful experience so far. Bought the initial promo package. I have a redemption ready to redeem but it’s been saying my kyc verification has been pending for like 2 weeks now. I’ve emailed multiple times. I think it’s a scam. I’ll update if anything changes. Luckily I didn’t put too much in but still it’s the principle of the thing. Avoid at all costs players!

Hi Jonathan. Before March 11, Vegas Bonanza was in demo mode, so no real payments were processed and the promo package didn't result in an actual charge to your card. The KYC system also wasn't actively processing during that period.

All of that is up and running now. If you'd like to revisit things, just sign up fresh and you'll see the verification goes through properly.

Unable to play any games none of them…

I logged back into vegas bonanza and all the daily bonius i had been collecting and unable to use over time was gone....

Unable to play any games none of them will load. I have sent multiple requests to Vegas Bonanza and getting no response. I can get my daily bonus but I cannot play any single game it all says not available at this time so either they're shutting down or something's going on with it..

Hi Sheryl, the issue you experienced with games not loading while the daily bonus still worked was related to the switchover from our demo environment to the live platform. That transition was completed on March 11.

All games are live and working now. Feel free to jump back in and everything should load up properly.

SCAM WEBSITE

Waiting over three weeks for two redemptions. I have emailed the company numerous times with no response.

This is a scam website. They currently owe me $4500.

Been waiting 10 days for a $100…

Been waiting 10 days for a $100 redemption. I have emailed them going on a dozen times and never gotten a reply back from these CROOKS !!! AVOID THIS CASINO AT ALL COST !! they will rip you off and you dont want them having your personal info !! This sucks !! Had a bill to pay and was happy with the 100 win.... now it looks like a big ZERO !!!

they sent me an email to the same. BUT my card WAS charged !! and they refused until about a week ago to even answer any of my support emails. I wouldnt risk putting my $$ into this site ! I have statements from my bank to the contrary of what they say. AND NOW, IM LOCKED OUT OF ALL MY ACCOUNTS. TELLING ME MY PHONE IS ATTACHED TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT

I've been waiting on my redemption since January. I've had to cancel it & resubmit it 3 times. It's STILL pending. Every time I email support, I get no response. Starting to think this casino is a scam!

During that time, no real transactions or rewards were being processed. Everything ran on demo credits, which is why the redemption was never completed regardless of resubmissions.

Am attempting to withdraw $700 I won but withdraw request keeps getting denied due to SSN verification failure?? Never have I ever had an issue with such on any casino before. Will happily update my review once my withdrawal request goes through.
