Non so il perché di queste recensioni negative ma io posso dire che l acquisto è stato perfetto nei tempi brevi e nelle confezioni tutto impeccabile..

do not recommend. if eyewear do not suit you, you can’t return. so basically it’s scam because everywhere you can return items- in vehla you can’t. it shows that they don’t care about customers. you have ,,discount” buy 1 get two and can’t change that and when in their policy is written that you can’t return or change items that has discount. and what good quality item can cost 200 and when you get + more item free. it’s a big scam. they only care about money. sometimes you need to return things because they don’t suit you.

No returns or exchanges. Terrible company and customer service

DO NOT BUY. They are exploiting offers to make people buy. Make sure you read the small print! You are unable to return any item - shocking service.

I am COMPLETELY shocked by the reviews, I bought two pairs of sunglasses to put my prescriptions in and they are so amazing for the price. Quality is top and even the opticians asked me for their website to go purchase for herself. I love these sunglasses

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM VEHLA!!! They are horrible. When they don't provide customer service you know they're desperate for money. My mistake for not doing more research. $300 gone in a flash.

Also no sun protection whatsoever. The company does everything it can to harm you without any intention of keeping the customer for new purchases.

HORRIBLE company. Purchased the Dixie - Choc Tort/Cinnamon sunglasses for 250 USD and they are way smaller in person and didn’t fit my face. I returned the sunglasses and it cost $164 USD to ship them back to their warehouse in Australia. They do not provide the shipping label or cover the shipping cost. When I reached out to Vehla customer service they offered nothing to rectify this issue and said customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Worst customer service and company I’ve ever encountered.

Got the Vehla Dixie sunglasses in black/toffee and they are so small compared to what is shown on the models! I kept looking back at pics and was confused as the colors I ordered match. I thought I was losing my mind until I read these reviews. Don’t buy from them. Waste of money. You’re better off getting a pair on Amazon to be honest. I buy plenty of high end sunglasses and just figured I’d give a newer brand a chance, not a good idea.

Stay away from Vehla Eyewear company - a horrible company to do business with. Do NOT buy their sunglasses. They are not worth the high price tag. They look like $50 sunglasses NOT $250 sunglasses. They are nom refundable if they don't fit your face. The FELIX sunglasses I purchased with a promo code (2 for $250) are way too small for an average or larger face. I asked for a refund and they said they are non refundable if you buy 2 sunglasses for $250. I will ship them back CERTIFIED EMAIL to make sure they receive them and my attorney will resolve it for me with this company. Go to Sunglass HUT store and buy much better quality sunglasses there. You can try them on to see how they fit. Stay away from VEHLA EYEWEAR. You will regret your purchase.

It is a terrible product and does not offer refunds or exchanges. A lot of fine print and scheming to get the most money from you as possible. Awful experience. Avoid at all costs.

Horrible company. The glasses cost $250 but to return to Australia cost $300 or even to exchange cost a fortune. What a scam company. Should be shut down. They offer you nothing. Just an exchange but you must pay for return. Glasses are pretty awful quality as well.

Sunglasses don’t protect or even shade from the sun.
Brand doesn’t offer a refund for change of mind.
Extremely disappointing policy for an online retailer. Left with a $250 credit that I have nothing to use it on as their sunglasses are poor in function.

I wish I would have researched the company before I purchased a pair of glasses. The sunglasses were pretty pricey, but I read the return policy of 14 days and went ahead and bought them. The glasses I received were not great quality, and I’m pretty sure made for a child. I return them instantly, had to pay a lot to ship back to Australia, which I wasn’t aware of at the time of purchase. Then received a store credit because in the fine print on a totally separate page, they only do store credit. Total scam!

AVOID YOU CANT EXCHANGE OR REFUND. Glasses do not fit!

Terrible experience, first time ordered two glasses and both don’t fit me so I wrote to them to return and they said they don’t accept return, I am like what?????? Are yous serious guys??? Your glasses do not fit me! So waiting for them to reply which has been three days so far no reply horrible company

Same as the other reviews. Poor quality, no return. 2 for 1 offer. When I raised the issue and reviews they said they would refund but I would need to return myself at a cost of £35+ for shipping.
Be careful when being lured in by these social media Ads. A new policy for me is to check Trustpilot ALWAYS first. Same glasses selling for £12 on Etsy under different brand name.
