Great communication
I recently purchased an imported car through this company and overall had a positive experience.
The process did take longer than initially expected, about 4 months instead of the estimated 2, which was a bit frustrating. There were also a few miscommunications along the way. However, what really stood out to me was the level of communication throughout. Even during the delays, they kept me informed and were responsive whenever I had questions or concerns. That made a big difference and helped build trust.
In the end, the car arrived in great condition and matched my expectations, so I’m happy with the purchase.
