Dishonesty and underhand tactics = cowboy car dealer
Velocity committed to buying my car through Motorway. The two brothers then lied to my face to knock down the sale price and used dishonest tactics to pressure me to accept their offer. They have no ethics and epitomise the dodgiest of second-hand car salesmen. If you enjoy dealing with morally deficient people then look no further than Adam and Max when you next sell a car.

We are disappointed to read this review as it does not accurately reflect the interaction that took place.
Firstly, it was only Adam who attended to inspect the vehicle, not both Adam and Max as stated within the review.
Following inspection of the vehicle, several additional issues and condition concerns were identified which had not been disclosed within the original advert and materially affected the original Motorway valuation. The vehicle was in significantly worse condition than expected based on the listing provided.
Fault codes were also present on the vehicle and displayed on our dealer-level diagnostic equipment during inspection, further contributing to the concerns raised regarding the vehicle’s condition.
As a result, Adam advised you to return the vehicle to the finance company rather than proceeding with a sale, as the car was simply in too poor a condition for us to purchase. Any discussion regarding a revised valuation was solely due to the undisclosed condition issues identified during inspection.
Importantly, no revised offer was ever made to you, therefore the claim that you were pressured into accepting a lower offer is simply incorrect.
At no stage were you pressured, forced or misled. We also have a recording of the interaction, as we occasionally record customer appointments and vehicle inspections for social media and business purposes, which directly contradicts a number of the claims made within this review.
We always aim to treat customers fairly, professionally and transparently, and we are disappointed that this experience has been represented in this way.

Really helpful - had my finance sorted with a broker who I didnt realise was charging me £300 to use their services. Adam informed me of this and sorted out my finance for me with their inhouse finance team and was able to get my finance sorted and got me a better rate than the broker. Really would recommend to everyone

Easy experience
Was a great experience with lovely customer service, rapid response times and all the information that I needed was there. I recommend this dealership especially if you’re looking for cars that are somewhat rare compared to your common cars.
