Unfortunately same experience as the others…I ordered the sun glasses one month ago, I received the shipping info, but then no updates. I wrote to Velo running, they replied with the same excuse for the delay and the production problem. The offered me the reimburse for the shipping expenses. So please, don’t buy from this website!!!!! I reported the scam and fraud on instagram and to the Italian police.
Similar experiences to everyone else here. Made my order almost a month ago, emailed them to check on the status. All they said was that there was production issues. As a gesture of goodwill, they would offer a free pair. I trusted them, so i went along with it. But until today no shipping of my sunglasses made. I followed up via email, no response. I left a comment on Instagram seeking an explanation, they finally replied my email saying they will ship it this week. But immediately deleted my instagram comment. After that, no response from them at all. DO NOT BUY FROM VELO RUNNING, they are SCAMMERS
This is a scam. They pretend there is a problem in the production and pretend to send you back the shipping money. These never arrive and neither do the glasses!

Placed an order after seeing these advertised on Instagram, waited 2 weeks and no order update. Emailed customer services to be told there was an issue within production and as a gesture of goodwill they would refund the shipping fees, waited another week and still nothing. Have now requested them to cancel my order and give me a full refund. I am awaiting the money to return into my account now.
Do not order from here! Waste of time and money!
I ordered sunglasses in begin march and still haven’t received them. I contacted them and got my delivery fee refunded and the sunglasses would be sent since they weren’t yet and I’d receive tracking info, still nothing so I got swindled out of 70 euros.
Ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses now over 1 month ago. I still haven’t received anything. When I send an email i only get an automated reaction. Never order something at velorunning.com!!!!
