Lack of Protection and Accountability
My experience with Vending Village was extremely concerning and disappointing.
After signing up, I was contacted outside of the platform by a locator (Oscar Franco), which immediately raised questions about how my personal information was shared. During this interaction, I was directed to make a payment of $50 outside of the platform. After sending the payment, the promised service was not delivered, and I did not receive a refund.
The situation escalated further when I received inappropriate and sexually explicit messages that made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.
I reported all of this to Vending Village and asked for clarification on how my information was accessed and what protections are in place for users. Instead of receiving support or answers, my account was suspended after I raised these concerns.
From my experience, there appears to be a serious lack of user protection, transparency, and accountability. Being contacted off-platform, losing money, and then being penalized for reporting harassment is unacceptable.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform and to carefully consider how their personal information may be handled.
