Everything was amazing

I hired this company for a sales-outreach project and invested several thousand dollars. Despite months of communication and multiple invoices paid, there were no validated deliverables or measurable results.

The only file I received was an editable spreadsheet without verifiable sources, timestamps, or system data. Later, the company admitted losing the project’s domains and emails, which erased all proof of performance.

After I requested the original system exports, a written incident report, and a month-by-month reconciliation of deliverables, the company refused to provide them.

All documentation has now been submitted to my legal representatives for review. This review reflects verifiable facts and correspondence.
