Very slow and poor customer service. Documents get rejected again and again, and the automated message says not to resend the same images and so on. It feels like they are trying to delay withdrawals. I have experience with many different casinos, so the documents should definitely have been approved. It’s very difficult to get withdrawals processed. Deposits go through instantly, of course — a familiar pattern

Very disappointing and frustrating…
Very disappointing and frustrating experience.
I raised an issue regarding a competition where I won 11,000 NOK. The terms did not clearly state that the prize would be paid as bonus funds, which I find misleading.
Since then, the situation has only gotten worse. Customer support is not addressing my actual questions. Instead, they keep repeating the same generic response about the game working correctly, which is completely irrelevant to my complaint.
They are ignoring key questions about:
- Why the competition prize was not clearly disclosed as bonus funds
- Why I am unable to access the game
- Why I am still not receiving proper assistance
I have now been unable to access the game for weeks, and despite repeatedly reporting this, I am still not receiving any meaningful help.
It feels like the case is being deliberately delayed instead of properly investigated.
What makes this even more concerning is that they appear to have updated the competition terms in a later competition, yet they still refuse to answer my questions about the original one. This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness.
They respond publicly here claiming they will help, but in reality nothing happens. It appears to be for appearance only.
I expected a reputable and trustworthy casino, but this experience has been the opposite. At this point, I feel ignored, misled, and very poorly treated as a customer. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

I've even been "slick" and deposited only to withdraw within a few spins as I hit big and still, they make no problems...
My guess is, most of these negative reviews are from people that expect to win when they deposit or, deposit one more time, then another.. But gambling is random and most likely you'll lose.

Very stupid Casino. I made a deposit of 500 SEK and authomatically received 500 SEK bonus without even asking for it. I played and played and won something but I could only withdraw the 500 SEK I deposited! It said all the time "99.9%" left, I played and played and it said "99.7%" left. "99.6% left until you can get your bonus! I don't want your bonus! The money I won was counted on the bonus money???? I don't need the headache! Folk this casino is not worth it! I have now tried for days to withdraw money from this scammy site. I remember Vera&John for being a casino with good customer service, but these days they are just ignorant and don't give a damn about their customers.
I have a problem typing in the bank information. Every time it won't let me type in the information to get the withdrawal through. Customer service are just saying the problem is not at their end, but it has to be.
I write in the same information at other casinos with absolutely no problems what so ever.
So be warned! These people have no intention paying winning customers.

Spelar lite någon gång om året för någon tusenlapp. Spelar med små insättningar och spelar därför länge. För mycket statistik över spelandet och är då väldigt analytisk för att jag tycker att det är roligt. Vera och John är i alla avseenden en bluffsida. Oddsen är helt åt skogen på de flesta av deras spel (jag har testat ett 20-tal och fört noggrann statistik) förutom när du spelar med "insättningsbonusen". Då går det mer eller mindre inte att förlora vilket märks med alla önskvärd tydlighet. Det låter kanske inte så märkvärdigt, huset vinner alltid osv. men vad detta rent krasst innebär är att det finns mekanismer på plats på sidan för att "styra" oddsen. Och vad dett innebär för dig som hoppas på "tur" säger sig självt. Detta framgår med all önskvärd tydlighet av min data.
Ja har även observerat att vissa av spelen tenderar att "krasha" och ge en felkod när du sätter in de sista pengarna på saldot varpå det inte framgår om dragningen räknas eller ej. Pengarna dras dock givetvis från kontot.
Spela på legitima sidor som tex Svenska Spel i stället så har du en rättvis chans.

De prøver alt for å unngå å utbetale hvis du vinner! Det er min erfaring etter å ha prøvd å ta ut gevinst, som først ble godkjent, så borte, og så ble det avbrutt uttak uten informasjon.
