The product I ordered came quickly and was undamaged. It was exactly the product I ordered, and the packaging was ok too - no unnecessary styrofoam and a ton of useless plastic. The heat retaining containers themselves are not of too high quality, so their price should be lower, but they are still doing their job. They consist of a metal insert that is placed in a plastic container (the plastic is robust.). The containers are very practical and easy to carry even when they are full. For a normal meal, it is necessary to fill both larger containers. When I opened them, after 2 hours, the food was warm and fresh - it has not dried out. They are great for taking a warm meal with you to work or on a trip, but they are only enough for one person if they eat average large meals.
