I have used Verbatim Solutions several times recently and have been impressed with their fast and friendly service.

Verbatim Solutions always turns my translation requests around quickly, no matter how large or small the project. Very convenient and flexible.

The work served the purpose of translating several documents in relatively short time. The level of the translation differed based on the language, some translators were better at following directions than others. We would have liked to receive more questions about it. Translators simply take decisions and guess instead of finding out what the wishes of the client are. There were some typos in German and Spanish. Overall, we were hoping for better quality.

The crew at Verbatim are always polite and provide very quick turn around on all requests. The only reason that my rating is not a true 5-star is that each translation seems to need just a few edits and I've had one native speaker report back that the translation appeared to have been done by a computer as certain aspects of the language came across as rigid in their translation and not as representative of a colloquial translation. I would and still do use Verbatim's services and that minor issue hasn't caused too much difficulty in getting our projects completed.

We have been using their services for multiple years along with one or more of their competitors. Verbatim consistently delivers quicker with equivalent or higher quality and similar pricing than their competitors for the 20+ languages required for our application.

We thoroughly reviewed and made our grievances apparent to Verbatim. They were always very attentive and on top on our replies. The only complaint I would have is that the translation was too literal so we needed to make some changes to the translated documents to make the documents easier to understand for the target population.
