Verbatim has always provided us with great service - from immediate responses to requests for quotes to turn around and quality translation. If we had one small criticism it would be that the translated terminology isn't always the best choice, but on the other we're dealing with some new, specialized terms that are related to the field and likely outside the translator's first hand knowledge. Nonetheless, it's always high quality and extremely useful for our purposes. Again, I must emphasize the service is second to none!

These guys bailed me out big time when I was in need of some translation services. I had no idea where to go and I googled what I needed and Verbatim came up.I called them and everything went so smoothly. We have been and will continue to use them for our translation needs.

Verbatim has completed translations of various materials for me, ranging from promotional banners to coaching cards to video scripts and manuals. Langauges have ranged from Spanish to Canadian French to Chinese. Every time I send a translation I ask for feedback on the quality and applicability and the response is always positive.
