Desk great, cabinet poor

I ordered a standing desk and a storage cabinet from Vernal. The desk is great. Very happy with it.
The quality of the cabinet is poor. It's sub Ikea standard, which was not at all what I expected from this brand.

When I contacted them to disucss returning it under the 30 day return promise on their website they refused and said that it is normal for the main draw to sag and the entire item to lean on said draw when opened. Opening the draw with just modest contents in it literally tips the cabinet over, though I was told this is by design. There are notices not to even place a TV or similar items on top of the cabinet, which sums up the quality of what I was expecting to be a robust office product.
They issued a £45 refund.

Absolutely incredible customer service from Michael John

I unfortunately did have an issue with my desk - after setting it up, one of the legs wasn't working properly which was a little bit frustrating. However, I have to say that Vernals customer service through Michael John was absolutely exceptional - very quick issue of a replacement, extremely responsive, very considerate and willing to make it right. Because of him even despite the issue I wouldn't hesitate to order from vernal again.

Fault with desk

Sent you an email and you have not replied as there is a fault on first day of using it error 26 and 25 can you please reply

Amazing support and product

The desk came all on time, mine did have a crack which I had informed customer support. After sending pics, a replacement came to my door within days. The support is top notch, matching the exceptional quality of the desk. Would recommend to anyone wanting a standing desk

A Great Product

This purchase has been a roller coaster.

The product is great, well made and it is what it says in the description.

I ordered the "L-shaped executive desk", the desk riser, and the drawer unit. The purchase was easy, but the delivery was where the problem came.

I contacted customer service UK, and all I can say is that the team have been great, they have supported me through the issue, and they have gone out of their way to sort the issue out! To the point of exceeding my satisfaction, I can only praise the team that looked after this case. If you have an issue, IT WILL BE SORTED trust these guys they will sort it for you.

Lovely quality desk.

Just purchased the white+oak L-shaped adjustable-height desk from Vernal and put it together today. I did it myself (it's doable alone) and it took me about a cautious 2 hours. I upturned the 2 completed sections and slotted them together, then did the final 8 screws from underneath the desk. Looks lovely, excellent quality. It came in 2 separate boxes delivered within 2 weeks. It may have come quicker if it wasn't December, who knows, but I wasn't in a mad rush.
I would definitely recommend both the desk and Vernal who were quick to respond to a question I asked them about delivery by email. Thank you.

Great Product and Customer Services

The table is great quality and very solid. After some logistical issues with delivery, the Vernal Customer Services team resolved everything promptly and professionally, leaving me with a positive experience. Very rare these days to see companies that go out of their way to leave the customer happy.

Not up to expectation for the price paid.

The delivery was awful...left the items outside.
Some screws were missing and the filing cabinet was damaged.

Beautiful desk

Beautiful desk, very well made - packed incredibly well, which is good because the courier did knock the boxes about in transit.

Everything is very well made, heavy and sturdy - I'm really impressed with the quality.

Customer service has been very positive as well, Aj, in particular was great.

Had some major delivery issues with the courier (DHL), but the guys at Vernal did their best to help.

The table did not reach yet. One of the parcel is struck. The team at Vernal is not acting on it. Totally frustrated.

The V-Series Desk Shelf is Badly Designed

The V-Series Desk Shelf is horribly designed - 60 bucks for a shelf with a defective drawer design. When you try to open the drawer, it falls out and spills everything inside. There is no stop mechanism to keep the drawer from falling out.

There are plenty of reviews about this issue but when I reached out to complain they just asked for a video of the problem. Come on...you know this is an issue with the product as you have had quite a few recent reviews about it. The product is too expensive for me to have to worry about workaround solutions - that is something I would have expected more from a cheap Amazon knock-off.

I will be returning the product to buy the one from Flexispot instead - their drawer design is much more stable.
