This is by far the worst massaging product I have ever purchased. I was totally scammed and I’m embarrassed to say it. They say you get a full refund but what they don’t tell you is it cost $100-$300 to ship it back to China. Not to mention, they don’t give you a postal code when you ask for the address. So it is a complete runaround. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Don’t make the same mistake. I did. Anyone of those handheld guns out there are 10 times better than this piece of garbage. Do not buy it.

The product shown in the videos and the description is NOT the product you will revieve. It states this has red light therapy and a screen/controls on the side. The product does not have any of these. Not at all worth the $150 price tag. Very cheap plastic, weak motors. I reached out to customer service twice with no response.

Exact same experience as the other reviewers. Ordered a unit Dec 1st. Came in January and obviously not the Veriqo product given the cheap packaging and generic labeling. Trying to get a refund and not getting any response thus far. Total scam.

I ordered this product on December 2nd 2025 for a Christmas Gift. It was delivered on January 2nd. They use 2000Mah battery for a product that should have a much larger capacity. I should have looked at reviews not associated with the company website, as it is clear this is nothing but a piece of garbage. I have made a request to return the product and hopefully I can put this terrible experience behind us.

Update: The company who seems to own the Verniqo brand/business is located in Wyoming. They do not respond to any calls. In fact, when you call the number, its a generic voice response. Seems very sketchy to me. No response to several emails and calls.

This company knowing misleading the customer in believing they are getting what is advertised. They are not, this is a cheap version of what they show. It's not even sent to you as The Husband, but a no name called the Massage Gun. Doesn't even have the companies name on it. Buyer beware, as no legit reviews.

This company claims 4.7 stars on trust pilot in their ads with over 5000 reviews, and there’s no evidence of this. I went to trust pilot to find the real results to figure out if I should buy the product. Since I have found them to be fraudulently saying that they’re reviewed by this organization; I will not be purchasing from them.
