Horrible Experience
We placed this order on 2/4. Online it said it would ship shortly after 2/14. Which was a lie! After no word, we inquired with the company on 2/23. At that time, we were told the item would ship shortly after 3/1. Which was a lie! After this message we waited almost another month with no word. On the weekend of 3/19 we sent the company a message inquiring on the status of our order again and called on 3/21. At this time, we were told that the item was being redesigned and wasn’t even close to being ready to ship! This isn't even close to what was being advertised on their website. We told them that this was unacceptable, and we wanted to cancel the order and get a refund. They apologized and agreed to cancel the order and issue a full refund. Again, this was another lie! After agreeing they only refunded $4.50 out of the $49.99?? At this time, we decided we couldn’t deal with and trust the company anymore and we opened the case with PayPal. Then they tell us that the only way they’d do the refund is if we’d close the case with PayPal. Well, we had already tried that route and it didn’t work, they had lied, numerous times. We weren't going to attempt to deal with them directly anymore. We just wanted the order cancelled and our money back that was rightfully due to us of $45.49 to be refunded. I told VersaCarry that we had already ordered a similar item from another reputable company and received it within two days. So, what does Versa Carry do? They send me a shipping confirmation on 3/25, on an item that until we had filed a dispute with PayPal wasn't in stock and was supposedly in redesign and not even close to within shipping time?? Another lie! So bottom line this company is horrible and unethical! Do NOT purchase from them. Two months of waiting and arguing and now I have paid for two holsters and only needed one. I threw theirs in the trash when it came. Would NEVER do business with them again!
