From the reception desk all the way through to completing the decision making process our experience was excellent,and I would add that this has renewed our faith in the dealership following previous dissapointment in the past well done Vertu for achieving your objectives of customer satisfaction,the handover of our car was particularly special given that the sales rep came in specifically from his holiday to personally complete the handover.

A first rate experience.
From first contact the staff could not have been more helpful. All questions were answered promptly and I felt they really wanted me as a customer.
I was kept informed regularly from first order of my car through to delivery and I cannot fault them.

Thrilled with my new Mini & great service at Mini Exeter
I collected my new Mini Cooper Classic a couple of weeks ago and I am absolutely thrilled with it. This is my 4th Mini and it is quite incredible the advances in the car's drive and tech from my previous Mini. It is an absolute dream!
Special thanks to Charlotte who helped me (very patiently) explaining the options and running through every available colour to ensure that I got the perfect car for me. Charlotte kept me informed after I ordered about the status of my new car and, lucky me, it came several weeks in advance of the original date at order stage. When I picked it up, it felt very special the unveiling of my new car in the showroom, very nice touch. Again, Charlotte was super at explaining how everything works in the vehicle and setting up my app and profile etc. Reassuring me that I would never look back and want a manual again.. yes she was right. MINI Buying Experience
Thank you Sean at VERTU BMW/MINI Exeter for making my car buying experience so pleasurable and finding me my dream car.
I thought I knew what I wanted, a manual mini, but I have always been curious if an automatic would suit me better. Sean took me on a test drive and showed me all the benefits of an automatic. Sean has great empathy and lots of patience, nothing is too much trouble. There was no hard sell, pressure to buy and I received great part exchange. On collection day, feeling really anxious, Sean offered me another test drive so I was completely comfortable to drive my new car home.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I will be recommending Sean and VERTU BMW/MINI to everyone who wants an unparralled buying experience.

I had what can only be described as a 10 out of 10 experience at Vertu Hyundai Exeter. Dan was my point of contact from initial phone call to the day I picked up the vehicle, He is a great ambassador for the company.
I explained from the start why I was changing my car what I was looking for and what sort of deal I was looking for with my part ex.
At no point did I feel under pressure, infact when I decided the vehicle was what I wanted, I was given a slightly better offer for my part ex.
Highly recommend Vertu Hyundai Exeter and highly recommend Dan.
