From start to finish I had a wonderful experience. Very welcoming, friendly, polite salesman. From seeing the car, test driving it and buying, Ethan Huntley went through everything, explaining everything clearly so I understood. All staff very polite and helpful.

Working with a limited budget, Ethan (Hartlepool Vertu) found us the perfect Nissan Juke. Cannot fault the service we received, Ethan was helpful, professional and very personable, and we are delighted with our car.

Fantastic Dealership. Found a car on their website and phoned for details and a price to change. Arranged and went for a test drive. Everyone at Hartlepool was welcoming and friendly. Really felt at home. Cracking car and excellent deal. Ian was my contact and kept me up to date, really nice man. Thank you Vertu Motors.

Leon was very helpful and explained the process clearly. He went through the features on the car and even connected my phone . Quick and easy process from start to finish and arranged for same day collection so I could drive away in my car new car

Ethan and Andrew made the experience easy and pleasant. I was expecting to have to wait and get a car from outside the area but Ethan, having taken my preferences into account, offeed to show me a car on their forecourt which exceeded expectations

While there they came up with an available Puma ST Line X at another branch which ticked all our boxes including extras. Arranged to get it transferred for a test drive. Came next day and agreed to purchase. All very quickly sorted and was able to drive it away next day leaving our old CMax behind in part purchase
Nathan and colleagues could not have been more friendly and helpful and so started the new Yearin happy frame of mind

From start to finish,Gina was excellent.Very knowledgable and professional, always cheery. I could tell from the start that Gina was happy in her role and would do anything to make the purchase as smooth as possible. Communication from start to finish was top notch!Although there was a small problem with the car, it was sorted, so thank you!

My experience was disappointing due to a consistent lack of attention to detail. For example, I was advised to pay luxury VED, which I did, upon collection of my vehicle, I read all documents and needed to point out that the VED was standard rate. I was advised my £410 over payment was “a simple mistake”. I did receive my refund.
Simple instructions were missed, e.g. I repeatedly requested the vehicles paper and digital full-service history. This was eventually provided, several weeks, and numerous email reminders later. Within my email replies, I was referred to as ‘mate.’ A term, I do not associate with professionalism.
I made several attempts to escalate my concerns with the Sales Manager; however, I was left feeling that my concerns as a customer were not a priority.
It felt as though accuracy was not a priority, which made the entire process more frustrating and time consuming than it needed to be.
I expected a more professional and thorough approach, but unfortunately the customer service and support fell short. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service and support.
