Sales Advisor ) and then we made an appointment for a test drive , Irsa was very good and knowledgeable she told us all about the car and when we got back to the garage my wife asked about a different colour she even found us one and kept us informed right up to when it was delivered to garage going the extra mile to help us.

The Buying experience was second to none from start to finish. Charlie showed us what options were at the dealership for what we were looking for. When we decided on a particular car and completed the test drive left us to look over the car in more detail. All the items we picked up Charlie listed and agreed to rectify. The handover date was agreed and John dealt with my Part Ex sand sorted everything out.

Spotted a car on the Vertu Ford Stoke website. John Taylor sent me an informative video of the Ford Focus I was interested in. It was ready and waiting for me to view the next weekend. A very positive experience
Vehicles are well displayed with clear information. Sam, salesman, was helpful, provided key insights and appropriate details when asked, very attentive and knowledgeable. I was able to make an informed decision on whether the vehicle was the right car for me. The ordering, finance and delivery process was seamless. The collection was straightforward and handover clear with key features, use of the App and other online features explained very well. Customer contact throughout was good.
